Towel heater dent done right
Purchased a towel heater. The courier left before I could inspect it, found a dent in it and called Brand New Bathrooms immediately. Got a busy signal so had to leave a message. My call was returned within 5 minutes and they had me send a few photos in an email. Within 15 minutes they told me a replacement would be sent and the damaged goods collected. Everything went well on the very next working day. I’m more than happy and would give 6 or 10 or more stars if I could because that’s how it should work and Brand New Bathrooms are the only ones to do it. I got to talk to a real person, I didn’t have to go through a chat bot, I didn’t have to wait a week or more for a canned response, I didn’t have to argue with the company about the damage or who caused it, I wasn’t told that a mile long list of T&C’s exempted them from fixing the problem. Just good old fashioned taking care of your customers like they should be. Anything I need in the future I’ll look for on Brand New Bathrooms first and I hope they have it.
