The technician was nice and polite

The technician was nice and polite. The installation went great. No problems. The Internet service seems to work really well so far. Multiple devices being used and it doesn’t seem to slow down. I wish I could’ve gotten more than 30 days of promotional Internet service though. 😂. Thank you.

Great technician

The technician was professional and quick, and helped move some items that were in the way, and moved them back when he was done.

The actual internet is slow and can barely load reels on my phone, but that's not the technicians fault.

Comparison of Brightspeed with Omni Fiber and Spectrum

I am comparing Brightspeed to two other providers I have tried. One was a fiber company and one a cable company. I am pleased that with Brightspeed I have had a consistent connection and have not experienced loss of service as I did with the other two companies I had tried. However, I am not pleased that the speed varies widely. Some times/days web pages and downloads are quick, and some times/days service is very slow - way slower than cable internet. I do not like the inconsistent speeds.

The technician was very polite and…

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Xfinity was beginning to give us issues nearly every day. Bright Speeds rates are better and we’ve doubled our download speeds and went from 30Mbps upload speed to 1GB

My technician was great!

My technician was great!! He got it done.. even with snow and ice.. was very knowledgeable.. really appreciated him making it happen as our original technician wasn’t even willing to stop by and check the roof.. I called and spoke with customer service.. they scheduled Jacob and it was done within the hour

Sebastian is the man came in fixed the issue in less then 5 minutes customer services is terrible though. 2 hours on Thursday and an hour on Friday. Just to get my appointment confirmed for Monday. GL getting scheduled

I'm experiencing some issues with my…

I'm experiencing some issues with my internet connection, as it tends to load slowly and freeze intermittently. I've also had to log back into my Spectrum account multiple times. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues, as I value the services provided. I understand that there may be some initial bugs, and I'm hopeful we can find a solution together. Thank you!

Fiber is Life changing

Fiber is Life changing! Nothing beats a stable, reliable Internet service that downloads and uploads at the same speed (symmetrical). 20X faster than the highest a available speeds offered by any competitor. Any neighborhood with fiber We won the broadband lottery! The technicians where on time and the work performed inside and outside was of the highest craftsmanship. Looking forward to many many good years ahead.

Amazing efficient competent…

Amazing efficient competent installation. Speeds double what we were paying for and half the price. Have been told for ten years our driveway was far away and we would have unpredictable speeds up and down that can’t be controlled. Well…. Bright speed is steady, exactly at the speeds we are paying for and we Cant be happier with the switch.

I don’t like going 24 hours without my Internet

I don’t like going 24 hours without Phone & Internet…….but I think I can live without A landline & Internet for 1 day…..not 2 though……Thank God we had a Great Technician (Mr. Charles) His Politeness & Kindness makes up for the time we went without Service. He let us know he was there to Fix the problem & he let us know when he finished. Very Professional…..Now Customer Service needs to do BETTER!
STOP telling every customer that call in that their home is the ONLY house with the problem instead of saying there maybe a Neighborhood outage…..US NEIGHBORS TALK to each other about Customer Service.

Installation went from approximately…

Installation went from approximately 8:04am to 10:30am (I had everything already cable managed and channeled) internet speeds are double that of McTV and half the price! I am very pleased that everything went according to plan, only down side is nobody mentioned I would get a new router (the calix u6.1) included. So now I will need to reconfigure my NAS onto the new IP ports

Professional service

I wish I know the names of the 3 gentlemen who came and did the work they were very professional worked quickly and did not leave any type of mess when they were finished. One of the gentlemen was kind enough to walk me through downloading the app and making sure that everything is working before he left.

Your technician was respectful, polite very efficient and knowledgeable. He also kept and left the area very neat.
Beyond that he was very helpful getting my information easily accessible and easy to remember, huge plus!

Issues with Wi-Fi Nothing went wrong with the local team

Nothing went wrong with the local team. The sub contract people aren't burying the cable soon enough and line get cut or frayed and knocks out the entire street. My cable was fixed last Thursday and went back out Friday morning. They said it would be Thursday of this week before they would fix it. I begged to get it fixed they then came Monday to fix. Otherwise it would be out a week! The wi-Fi has been out 3 weeks in the month due to all this sub contract issues!! You need to have operations Vice President call me on the issues I've had.

Jacob arrived on time

Jacob arrived on time, was very polite and efficient. The service is working great and speed tests are maxing out 4 to 5 times faster than my old service while promising to be less than half the cost.

I really can't tell my speed is faster…

I really can't tell my speed is faster at all.
I still have some buffering on certain firesticks.
And it took me 3 weeks to get my printer connected.
I still haven't gotten one of my computers connected.
So far I think it's not so good. Maybe it might get better.
Let's hope so.

Tech actually arrived early (after calling). He was able to determine what the problem was, since it was not even with our equipment, but due to work done on lines the day before.
