Keep Informed
They were very good getting bond accepted and issued. But as the
Broker I had to request a copy of the Bond mailed directly to insured.
I also don not know how and if I am going to get paid a commission
on the Bond. Kind of felt I was out of the loop after they got the money
for the Bond and it was issued.

This people are good
I am a new travel agent and when I had to start look for a bond, I started looking for good bond companies on the web, "very confusing at first", until I finally found Bryantsuterybonds, I was feeling a little scare of giving my personal info to a random site on line, but I called them and they were very helpful and assuring, and also my papers were ready in no time at all. I would definitely recommend them, no doubt.

Bond renewal
The purpose to renew our bond was quite easy - except when I paid for the service on my credit card the same day I was notified and 20 days later I get a notice I am being cancelled for now payment - I contacted my insurance represents and she was able to clear it up -
You should be able to apply the payment without stressing me out with a cancellation notice -
Did not appreciate that.
