My order was perfect and in excellent shape. It arrived faster than requested, the care in boxing the item was perfect; it wasn't able to move around in the box. The return label and instructions to return the core were easily understood and helpful AND within a few days of mailing back the core, my cc was credited. WOW!! Efficiency x 10 + 1!!

The product is being discontinued. We were having trouble getting these heads from our distributor. This was a problem due to the fact that in our district most of our schools have Ivory detectors. Buy Fire Alarm Parts had these in stock and shipped quickly. Good service and support when calling in.

I liked the Responsive Communication. The item arrived within a few days as expected without any damage and wrapped carefully. However, when I went ahead and gave them my information to go through with the Transaction. I was never told how much the Shipping was gonna cost and about the Extra Processing Fee. I will purchase parts from you guys again hopefully but I hope next time you tell me how much all this is gonna cost. Other than that, would highly recommend them.

My house is on the beach in a salt air environment. My previous alarm disintegrated due to the harsh environment. I bought a replacement from another company but the mechanism housing was pot metal. It would not have lasted a week.
Yours is sealed heavy plastic. Just what I needed. I realized that the gong has to be metal but yours has a nice paint coat on it. If it wears out I will just replace that part and not the whole mechanism.

Ordered parts around Christmas, they arrived shortly after to a closed building, in which they updated me via email that they couldn't make the delivery and would try back on the next available opened date. Parts got here fast! Installed and working great!

One of the detectors I received was damaged. It had a broken piece on the part that helps hold it in the base making it unuseable. I email them and told them about it. They are shipping me a replacement right away. Now that's customer service!
