This is the 2nd cover we've had from here, 1st one lasted 4yrs, which isn't bad for the uk climate. Fits well.

Called on a bank holiday,and actually spoke to someone who was very helpful,then the man who come to sort the spa,was very polite and professional,everything I asked him about the hot tub he gave me answers,he was there for a good few hours working in the rain and didn’t complain once.

Ordered a pump from Canadian spa for £350. When I received it, it was broken. I sent an email straight away to state this and somebody called me to give me a returns number to put on the box and send back. Which i did. I still haven’t received my refund and this was 2 weeks ago. When contacting Canadian spa they said because I don’t have a tracking number they can’t refund me and they arnt aware of any return. I am devastated as this is a lot of money. I will be taking this further.

Annual delivery of spa filters arrived without any intervention. It just happened without fuss or fanfare.

Order of chemicals requested came quickly, only 4 stars not 5 as one of the key chemicals I wanted (Chlorine tabs) were out of stock and this isn’t the first time which is disappointing

Item delivered somewhere else or not delivered at all, I've let them know but not heard a word from their customer service team for an over week. No update. No item. No refund.
