Carpet Express did exactly what they said they would do and I received my order on time with no problems which would have rated them 4 stars. What made the experience exceptional was Sonja the sales person I got to work with she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and a joy to work with.

I have only good things to say about this company.
I have been doing business with carpet express for a long time and they are always quick to please also the sales people are always quick to help find what ever product that i may be looking for. My regular sales person is Clay Holsomback he always goes the extra mile to help me find what i may be looking for and he is always the same with SMALL ORDERS AS HE IS ON THE BIG ORDERS.You can tell i am very happy with this company and my sales person.

Jim was excellent in handling the transaction and kept me informed every step of the way. Purchase and shipping was great. Only downside was the Joy carpet 26oz is very cheap quality wise. This was not Carpet Express’ fault. I would not recommend the carpet, but I highly recommend Carpet Express for your carpet purchase.

Lowes discontinued the linoleum design I wanted, so I googled flooring retailers that sell rolled linoleum. I found Carpet Express and called to see if I could place an order (since I live in Virginia). The salesman placed my order and shipped it regular ground (since I didn’t need much) to keep the cost down. Thanks for your help! I definitely recommend Carpet Express for your flooring projects.

Hunter always is very helpful with questions and very knowledgeable at what he sales! He also goes above and beyond with us if we ever have a shipping issue or for that matter any issue. He always follows up and that is greatly appreciated! Materials are well priced and quality as well! Even if w have a question and he is out of office the day he responds and or answers our call! Great experience with you guys over the last 2-3 yesrs!

What makes our experience great is the quick and always professional services we receive from Gabriel every time we order. He is quick to check stock and give us pricing. He always ask if we need further assistance on any other projects and follows up with the Shipping tracking when things are shipped from Dalton to here in Tennessee. We were struggling to find local vendors in the Eufaula Alabama area to install carpet in two large bedrooms in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Passing through Dalton we stopped in Carpet Express and Jim Young was a pleasure to work with and provided the carpet we wanted and installation at a much cheaper price and most importantly in a very timely manner. The installation team was super. They did a great job quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. We could not be happier with our experience with Carpet Express.

Greg Smith was open and amiable. He was quick to repond and had great follow up. He also went over other products that Carpet Express had that our Pro customers would be interested in and promptly sent sample boards. He exchanged his work cell and I when contacted him he readily replied.

LaGretta and Mike... WOW. Carpet express is run by the most kind, caring, and respectful folks. We had what turned out to be a settling issue in our one year old home. Mikes team drove hours to assess, and then prepare us for a complete floor replacement. They communicate better than any company we have worked with. Their work ethic is above the floor ;) They completed the replacement in just 3 days work and it is wonderful! Highly recommend carpet express for any of your existing or new flooring needs. I got the carpet samples somewhere else, so I can't speak to the process of getting samples here. I ordered what I had picked out. Communication was good and timely and ordering was easy. Shipping was fairly quick. We were responsible for having enough people there to unload a 400lb roll of carpet from a truck without a lift that gave us a 45 min notice of arrival, which isn't ideal, but we managed. If you want full service I would order from a local carpet dealer. We saved a little money this way. Good, trustworthy company.

Debra, our sales contact, was very helpful with our carpet selection. She is wise and experienced. Also, all communications during our carpet buying experience were very good and prompt. Installation crew was on time as scheduled. 5/5 stars and 2 thumbs up moving the furniture and carpet installation. Will we buy again from Carpet Express? Yes!!

I did not want to write a review until I had some experience installing the carpet we purchased from Carpet Express. Our sales person, Jim Young Jr. was a pleasure to work with.
My issue is with what I feel is quality control with the carpet. The tiles are 18 x 18 inches (nominal I assume). However, I found that the actual measurement varied from 17-3/4"; 17-7/8"; 17-15/16"; and 18". I decided to lay the tiles in a staggered pattern which helped deal with the dimensional difference.
All things considered, we are very happy with the way the carpet looks and feels.

We have dealt with Dennis at Carpet Express for over 4 years, as has our son-in-law and several friends. He is absolutely the best. He has excellent product knowledge, is always attentive and responsive, and has great prices and freight rates. We don't even call anywhere else. This company is absolutely the best, call with confidence!
