Extremely durable Ultra Bounce for iPhone 16 Pro Max

Extremely durable indigo Ultra Bounce Case for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max - one that can withstand bumps and drops during hikes and concerts. I also purchased the matching indigo lanyard - a perfect companion. I love the beautiful artwork from ELLIE vs BEAR "Frog Concert" - a beautiful piece, I can't stop looking at it! I'm happy to be supporting this artist. Thank you so much!

ALL THE YES ⭐️ 10/10⭐️

I’ve been a CASETiFY customer for years. I got the new 16 Pro Max and bought an excessive amount of new cases and at least 7 or 8 of them are from CASETiFY. They are and can be pricey, but if you’re buying a $2000 phone.. you can afford a $70-$80 DURABLE (𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑢𝑡𝑒) case to protect it from breaking.
I also own a AirPod 4 case and a Toy Story 4 laptop case. They are completely worth it 𝑜𝑏𝑣𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠𝑙𝑦 iMO and will never not a phone case from them.

Good but could be better

There are various collabs that are wonderful but i think there could be more for mainstream audience. Disappointed to see there werent any pokemon, digimon, crypto related (its an uptrend) etc in the list of products but overall satisfied with products available.

Daughter loves this Star case!

My daughter loves this case on her iPhone 16 Pro. The star design is great and the case feels solid in her hand while providing protection for her phone. Edges of case are the perfect amount or grip. All buttons work well. Her only negative comment is that the cutout for the camera button took a little getting used to, but now seems fine.

I LOVE my Casetify case for my iPhone…

I LOVE my Casetify case for my iPhone 16 pro max! I ordered my first one in December and just ordered my second today (1 month later). The designs are so unique; there's something for every personality & interest. Bonus: they are very sturdy & phone is well-protected.

2 weeks of use and paint falling off…

2 weeks of use and paint falling off the back in flakes, not covered for returns due to being 'wear and tear'

The quality of the actual case is decent, but not double-the-price-plus of any random one off Amazon, basically paying for fancy branding and designs which don't last it seems.. wouldn't bother again, save your money.

Saved my iPhone

I made the mistake of setting my phone on top of my stove on Christmas morning and turning the wrong burner on. Needless to say, my Casetify case melted BUT, my iPhone was completely fine. I’ll never put another case on my phone!

Outstanding communication with Jackie…

Outstanding communication with Jackie about the watch band for my granddaughter Jackson, watch band was sent , but couldn’t be delivered because the name of my street wasn’t on package. I tried to reorder, unfortunately it was out of stock. After the connection with Jackie, I received my refund, a few days later, I received an email saying that the item was restocked ( I reordered ) I kept checking to see when it was going to be shipped, I reached back out to Jackie letting her know, that what I see on tracking status that is was sitting in production. And day or so after that ; I checked and it had shipped. It has arrived and my granddaughter Jackson is very happy ( it was one of her Christmas gifts she asked for . All 💕 to CASETiFY and Jackie

Your checkout has major issues

Your checkout has major issues! I tried to purchase this back with your December sale but it wouldn't allow me so know I purchased it later, when it was more expensive and then you "member discount" doesn't count until you hit $40? Whats the point of my being a member if my discounts won't work and the deals won't allow me to check out. I've reached out to support and heard nothing. I have love my cases from casetify and expected a much better customer service experience. I'll be shopping elsewhere next time.

Product falling apart two times over

I had purchased the Wabi Sabi premium case (Order number: 20705651) and it has failed me twice and began to disintegrate before even 12 months use, both times. The protection element is high level, as my device has never received any damage. However, despite not even dropping it a lot, the cases do not make it to 12 months and it cost me nearly £50. For what is advertised as a premium product, the 'premium silicone' is really poor. Customer service has told me there is nothing they can do. Poor response

5 stars for the amazing customer service!

5 stars for the amazing customer service! All though my case did not exceed my expectations only lasting about 7 months before the sides started coming off, the customer service I received was excellent. I reached out to customer service (Ellianna assisted me) past the warranty date and they offered a free reshipment of the case that was breaking.

Paint peeling considered normal after 9 days!?!

Opens Christmas Day, and within 9 days of light use the paint started falling off the back. I had my last case over two years, and never had this issues. Contacted customer support and they refuse to help, or acknowledge issues. They only offered $10 off on another purchase. It’s a shame as they used to have great cases and customer support. Now, their customer support is a joke!! Buyer beware!!!

Item didn’t look anything like how looked in picture or how described. Apparently the policy is no returns 10 days after order date; the item wasn’t delivered until after the 10 days. Unfortunately a terrible experience

Package and after a day it pretty much…

Package and after a day it pretty much forgot that I bought it. I talked to somebody about it. They said OK we’ll get it straightened out. I got a couple emails that it was fixed, but I’m not getting any updates on the tracking or where it’s at and I need to have my phone case because it has very special and sentimental pictures to me
