this was my first order with Charles direct.I placed my order on the 10/10/2011 @21.27pm I went through the system of opening an account and payment was taken.the following day at 5.16pm I was notified by e.mail that they were out of stock and other items were offered,but with their del.charges it came out a lot more expensive and much dearer than their competitors.I then e.mailed with this info.and cancelled the order ,they were fairly prompt in crediting my money.Surely they can put a system in that would have stopped this transaction taking place in the first case,by showing the product to be out of stock on the web site.But i did order from garden for less with free delivery and a much lower base price.
