After a very clinical few months at CCRM, we wanted a place that felt more compassionate, more understanding and doctors and nurses with a bedside manner - not strictly numbers and procedures. We found that at Conceptions. From our first appointment with Dr. Grindler, to meeting with our lovely nurse (who responds to my emails!) and all the PAs and phleobpotamists, each person we've encountered have treated us like people, not numbers and statistics. We'll stay with Conceptions.

Everyone here - front desk staff, nurses, Dr. Grindler were all amazingly kind and patient. I didn't feel like a number to them. I went to Conceptions on a recommendation from my Gyn, after having a bad experience - where I felt like a number and a paycheck - at another place. We worked with Conceptions for several years and had two successful pregnancies from IVF with donor egg. The doctors, nurses and staff all treated us as family and always offered an incredible about of support. Someone was available to answer questions and address concerns at all times. We could not be happier with the care and attention we received. It was worth the struggle, worth the wait and worth every penny.

We can not say enough good things about Dr. Bush and the nursing staff at Conceptions. They were calculated and organized throughout every step of this difficult journey. We really appreciated the support tempered with realistic expectations throughout the IVF process! The little man that is currently sleeping on my chest would not have been possible without the help of the staff at Conceptions!

After having gone through two doctors and 3 treatment cycles I have to say the best thing about Conceptions is the nurses. They are thoughtful, organized, and attentive. They were always there to answer any questions and to guide us through every process. Their care alone made each cycle bearable. Dr. Bush was very competent and handled my difficult situation infinitely better than our first doctor. However, he does not possess the best bedside manner. The financial department has improved recently but seems understaffed. Pricing seemed steep for our first cycle but was more than fair for our last two cycles. Overall I am so glad we went through all of this with Conceptions and not the bigger competition.

So far, my husband and I’s experience has been great. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly, and thorough. Its a very warm clinic that offers a personal feeling where you do not feel like a number. We have an apt to regroup with Dr. Grindler and are hoping to continue moving forward with our plan of starting a family.

Conceptions were great to work with and I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Lafayette office, there like a well oil machine over there. We went through the process and on the first try became pregnant with our baby girl. The science and resources they give to you are amazing and put your mind at ease. I’d use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone wanting to grow there family that need a little extra help.

During the very challenging experience of infertility, the staff at Conceptions was a bright spot. Everyone I came in contact with was compassionate and patient. You can feel very alone when going through this process, but I always felt like I had support with my wonderful doctor and nurses. After multiple miscarriages. I’m now snuggling with my 11 week old son who is only with me because of their efforts. I’m so grateful.

We recently moved to Denver from Texas, and knew that we wanted another child. My experience with Conceptions and Dr. Bush far exceeded what I went through in Texas for fertility treatments. Dr. Bush and his staff truly listened to me and my history, and they were able to guide me through a successful egg retrieval procedure and embryo transfer, each in one round. I began this journey about 6 months ago, and now I'm 12 weeks along and expecting a little boy in October! Our family couldn't be happier with the experience. Conceptions is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. Dr. Grindler is kind, gentle, honest, and genuinely caring. The entire nursing staff made sure my husband and I were truly well and on the right track. Even the phlebotemists, ultrasound techs, and receptionists were wonderful and took the time to get to know us, and to consistently reassure us that we were going to be okay. I can't recommend them all highly enough, and I am profoundly grateful for all they did for us and our little family.

Dr. Bush and his nurses are the best at Conceptions. We had another negative experience with a different doctor in the practice, but they reached out to find out what was happening, and immediately reassigned us to someone who was a much better fit. They truly care about your situation and will work with you to resolve issues!

We went to 2 different fertility clinics before going to conceptions and I wish I had gone there first. The doctors and staff are so welcoming, they make you feel like you are the only patient they are concerned with. I've had good experiences this far. However, I saw on website new male patients could qualify for free SA test. When I inquired about this for my hisband, they said he didn't qualify because he wasn't a "new patient" because I had previously had bloodwork done. I still don't understand how my visit made him a patient.

I love love love Conceptions. After two failed IVF attempts at a different clinic I switched to Dr Bush with Conceptions. From the beginning he was kind, understanding, and confident. His nursing staff is amazing as well and was always on top of communication. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of fertility clinics and I am happy to say I am now 9 weeks pregnant.

Our experience with the entire team at conceptions was exceptional!! Over the course of a few years, we did IVF, a successful double frozen embryo transfer, and another single frozen embryo transfer. Our amazing twin girls are now two and we are expecting another little girl this winter. To say we owe Dr. Bush and his team at conceptions a thank you is the understatement of the century...they are responsible for our family and we are eternally grateful! Every procedure, appointment, ultrasound, email, etc was done with such care and personalization. I felt cared for and listened too the entire time. Both the doctor and nurses could not have been more friendly, professional, helpful, and encouraging throughout my entire IVF process. They worked with me and my husband on our ideal timeline and made our dream of starting a family a reality. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Grindler and the entire Conceptions team.

Conceptions gave us hope when we were really out of options. The doctors and nurses were top notch through the entire process. Expensive, but not as bad as others in the area and they have a higher success rate.
We are now 13 weeks pregnant with our first child through Conceptions and will be forever grateful for what they helped us achieve.
