The member of staff who phoned pm 23…

The member of staff who phoned pm 23 December 24 was very helpful.
She explained to me I need to signed the application form and she waited for me to do it on line, then let know she receive the form and it ok.

A lot of improvements from the entire…

A lot of improvements from the entire team.
I got confused at a point while trying to apply for the loan. I had to call the customers service for directions. She directed me where to go and get the information I was looking for. It was marvellous. From then, every other thing went smoothly.

Loan

Yes everything was very quick the whole process took less than 48hrs! To Apply, respond to the agreed Loan, The agreement and the Loan transfer! Was very please especially before the christmas. Great service and great communication. Also applying for a loan online is so much easier and better.

London mutual credit union is brilliant…

London mutual credit union is brilliant I needed money for an emergency and I did my loan application on Friday because I had no where else to go and by Tuesday afternoon my loan was approved and signed for. They were brilliant and very helpful thanks for London mutual credit union. Everyone should join they are amazing.

Shocking Service from the Loan Department

As a loyal member of LMCU for 18 years, I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I received from the Loan Department. My recent loan application, submitted on 11th November, has been handled with complete incompetence and a total disregard for professionalism.

The person managing my application has caused significant distress by updating that my payment has been issued today when it clearly has not (no update on my account or confirmation). Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification via email, my queries have been completely ignored.

Even more troubling, a private and confidential email I addressed to the Head of the Loan Department (Mr. Sweetlove) was read and acted upon by someone within the Loan Department. This is a blatant violation of confidentiality and trust.

This experience has ruined my Christmas and left me feeling deeply undervalued as a long-standing member. LMCU's service has drastically declined, and I sincerely hope they take immediate action to address this unacceptable treatment. I will be raising a formal complaint and hope no one else has to endure the stress and frustration I’ve experienced
