My experience with Cuckoo Broadband didn't start well due to being given wrong information when being sold the product. After speaking with Faye from customer services she went above & beyond to fix the situation for me. She is a kind & supportive member of the team, showing understanding for my needs as a customer, she kept communication throughout & always got back to me promptly with any information needed. Value this employee, she settled the dispute & left me feeling understood, heard & happy with the outcome.

My internet wasn’t working and so tried all the online fixes to no avail. So I called customer service on a Sunday Morning and Ashleigh managed to fix this over the phone and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend compared to the bigger broadband suppliers

Cuckoo, after almost 12 months of my order being placed, messed me around big time with the installation and then straight up cancelled it without informing me properly! I have been left without broadband for an unacceptable length of time, waiting on Cuckoo. Avoid at all costs!! Choose another ISP!!

Saved Christmas!
When my internet went down on Christmas Eve, it was panic stations! I called Cuckoo at 9am, and spoke with a lovely girl who organised for an engineer to come out. 10am they arrived and replaced something and it was back up by 11am. Great customer service, and I would recommend Cuckoo to everyone!

Cuckoo sounds about right for this company!
I was sold two routers at the price of £42 . They then took 2 weeks to install knowing full well that is the cooling off period.
Then helped themselves to £49 .
Once this complaint was raised they offered it for 6 months at the original price. I refused as someone came into my home and lied ! I went back to my trusted supplier. They cut off WiFi within the day . I said come collect your routers all in original packaging.
Now I keep getting bills for what WiFi used? This company is a con stay well clear ! They are rude on the phone saying I will pay . But my solicitor is kn this case . Perfect name for the company in my eyes but you owe me £49 for 1 hour of WiFi. It's not about money it's the principal of a sales rep lying just to get commission. Stay clear . I wouldn't even give 1 star -50 disgusting fraudulent con artists.

All's well that ends well! It took three months to resolve my knotty broadband compatibility problem. The customer service team were very pleasant to deal with but it was not until finally I was in touch with the Technical Team in Exeter that possible solutions were identified. David Hosker was endlessly patient in dealing my limited IT ability, and it was all sorted (I hope!) just in time for Christmas.

failed twice to inform me of install delays after waiting near a month and told me to just reorder for a 3rd time and were unhelpful and unwilling to do anything as it would cost money to get Openreach to fast track anything

Ryan - Really helpful chap! But is this sort of policy that not Allowed to upgrade the existing router to eero router to Giganet's existing customers

A quick and simple procedure of switching from another broadband company. Cuckoo has informed my old provider and sent me a router 5 days before the online day. Reoter setup has consisted only of choosing the name and password for my network. One week online now - everything is fine.

Had issues setting up but all the staff I spoke to went out of their way to help. Very polite and friendly which I was actually quite surprised by due to other providers. Due to the issue setting up I was actually given compensation which was amazing. What more could you ask for.
