Fantastic customer service

We experienced a problem with our dishwasher machine, I contacted ASKO and got great help from Angela. Now our machine washes perfectly again! Thank you, Angela!

Quick service from Ivan “Customer care”

I had an issue with some damaged trays for my dishwasher. My dishwasher is more than 2 but less than 5 years old. So we are in between ordinary warranties and Quality service.
Customer care were super fast to respond and wrote that they would take care of the issue and send some replacement parts.
Thanks Ivan I am looking forward to receive the parts.

ASKO Dishwasher (model DBI364IS), would not purchase again

Not wanting to invest further repair dollars into our 9 year old LG dishwasher we went looking for a replacement. After several hours of comparison shopping, we were convinced that the ASKO model DBI364IS was our solution. We purchased it in early September 2024, and truthfully, it has been a regrettable experience.
Yes, the dishwasher is quiet, but the tine's placement in the bottom and top racks aren't as useful as it would seem. There is MUCH less space in the ASKO dishwasher than the LG model it replaced in our home (often we need to run the ASKO twice in one evening, to do the same amount of dishes / pots that were done in one load by the LG).
And, the outcome isn't as clean. Very few times did something come out of the LG dishwasher dirty. Every piece of cutlery, container, and pot needs to be inspected on exiting the ASKO to ensure it actually is clean.
If you want 10 plates cleaned to perfection, at an expensive price, this is your dishwasher.
If you actually want to have your dishwasher clean the pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery from a family of 4's supper, then best to pass on this particular model, and maybe brand.

Have not purchased ASKO in the past (in fact, had never heard of it until Sep of this year), and will not be purchasing again.

Great products, High Quality

When we renovated our kitchen we opted out of the Ikea solution, and bought an Asko oven and an Asko induction stove.
Ordering and delivery was hassle free, and the quality of the products are without comparison. If you love cooking we can definitely recommend spending that little extra on an Asko product and get a high quality product with lots of usable functionalities.

Worst Dishwasher/ Service

Asko Dishwasher a lot of F10 F11 errors after 1 year.

2 technicans later after waiting more than one month to be repaired.. it still does not work, despite the technican said it works before he left and changed several parts.

After first cycle it came up with F10 error again.. now we have to wait again…

Can‘t recommend Asko Dishwasher.
Low quality product, for way too high price.. SLOW service , being without a dishwasher for over a month with 3 kids .. not acceptable.

Noisy products with non-existing…

Noisy products with non-existing service part of Gorenje

Recently had a ASKO CI96374W delivered by major danish White good company

Even after recording and sending videos to them, they refuse the claim refering to constant clicks from induction technology is ‘normal’

Absolute can’t recommend if you looking for quality product.

Our oven/microwave was defect

Our oven/microwave was defect. It cost €400 euro to repair a print. After replacing the print the oven has blocked with an anti calc program! This cost another €100 euro. Our repairshop has no support from Asko.

Two years and two months - Broken already!

Two years and two months old and already my W20844.W Washing Machine is broken! Almost like it was made to break just after the guarantee ran out. I have had Asko products before and have been really pleased with them but not sure I will buy their products again. It wasn't the cheapest machine on the market either, so I would have hoped that it would have lasted a lot longer than this before a repair was necessary. Looks like the "magnetventil" or "water inlet valve" is broken as it leaks every time the machine fills up with water. Very disappointing Asko! Please do better!!

Keep up the great work

Your oven would work better as a cupboard.
Barely works. Unnecessarily complicated. Manual badly written and built just as badly as the product itself.
