Got a dead on arrival part and they did…

Got a dead on arrival part and they did everything they could to have a replacement out as fast as possible and was able to get it within 4 days of contact with support. Only thing i can say is that they dont work weekends and for support i don't believe so just be aware

Excellent Service

I came across the M5Stack Cardputer online and they were the only company selling it for the same price as the manufacturer. Amazon wanted more than double the cost. I purchased this devise from them and the shipping was fast and customer service was the best. I will buying more products from them in the very near future.

Perfect Experience

Great packaging and quick shipping. All products came exactly as described and in pristine condition with a detailed itemized receipt.
With many different ways to checkout, manufacturers pricing, and shipping speed this is a go too site for my microcontroller needs.

I love the Cardputer

I love the Cardputer. It is a nifty little device. However, there were little instructions provided to show me how to use the full capacity of the device. Additionally, there are lots of experiences and questions on the internet about individuals having difficulties getting the firmware or whatever it is to burn the image on so that I could get it on. There are questions about the drivers for the device. I stayed up late at night trying to get game and utility apps onto it. It would always give an error message. I applaud M5Stack for its forgiveness to me and such a nifty little device, but I am truly disappointed that I have not been able to completely enjoy my Christmas gift to myself this year. I delivered an email to you about a day ago as the distributor to kindly suggest what might be going on. So far I have not received an answer yet. Thank you.

Brother KH-970 knitting machine

While trying to purchase a Brother knitting machine from the 1990s, I found one in which the CB-1 (control box with digital readout) was refurbished, minus the backlight for the LCD.

I spent $75 on a replacement foil, but the connection on the printed circuit board did not power the foil. As the electronic machine has the ability to intake a pattern by entering it row by row, having illumination was basic sanity preservation.

I was having to use a flashlight to see the menu.

Although shorter than the original foil, these LED lights fit the LCD window perfectly.

At $2.50, I bought a few plus a resistor to get the voltage from 4.5 to 3.

These LEDs are available on Amazon, but the shipping is conflated with each Adafruit light. Much happier to get a few with one shipping fee!

Find what you need.

What a brilliant company

What a brilliant company. Always difficult to justify and trust purchasing from outside of my own country but this is so quick and efficient that it's like purchasing from the next town. Product too was absolutely perfect, I will purchase more from this company Guaranteed. O and I've not been paid to write this review, I believe all companies need to take a leaf out of their book.

Poor product description caused me to…

Poor product description caused me to purchase the incorrect product. Contacted their support with no response. Don’t recommend purchasing from them.

Update:
They responded and are refunding me and stated they will be correcting the poor product description. Raising the review from 1 star to 3 star. It shouldn’t have taken a bad review to get contacted back, but overall I’ll consider purchasing from them in the future.

Electromaker has a good selection of Maker parts

Electromaker has a good selection of electronic parts and boards that help the maker complete their projects. They also have some really cool tutorials and videos.

Missing parts

I got my item had missing parts called to see what I could do. Was told to email support did that got a email today the the list for the item bought no longer includes the parts. While the listing stated that they were included come to find out they haven’t been included since 2022. Got a email I could purchase the parts separately even tho I had already paid for them in the kit. It wasn’t about the money but the principles. Called them got it taken care of I will say they do offer great customer support when you call them directly. I’m giving the website it self two stars but I’ll give customer support four stars being helpful and kind not rude like other customers support teams only reason I didn’t give five stars cause I was told to buy the parts separately even I should’ve of have since it was supposed to me included.

Do not order if you may cancel it

Do not order if you may cancel it. You cannot cancel the order even if you cancel right away after ordering, you will not be able to cancel as the order will be shipped out and then the company will tell you that the order cannot be canceled.

Later the company offered a full refund without returning the order, which was a pleasant surprise.

Cancelled order instead of sending what they had in stock intentionally kicking my orders priority to last in line

My order was placed over 30 days ago. Apparently the shipping chosen doesnt include batteries. Logically being that i just placed the order, I still need it nothing has changed from the time i ordered it. I replied saying please ship it by ground then, anything for me to get the order fufilled/shipped asap. I am then notified another item for the order has been backordered. Not by 1-2 weeks but by 45 days. Okay not a problem please just send me what you do have and either cancel the backordered items or even better, replace the cost with some other items that total cheaper than the cancelled items. Either or. What i did not expect to happen was for them to cancel my order outright. Intentionally pushing my order to the back of the line and priority if i were to reorder. Nasty. Its now been 5 business days and i still have not received the funds from the cancelled order.

Additionally, part SC0918 was on backorder with an estimated in-stock date of 1/9/25. When you reached out to request a modification to your order, we made an error in interpreting your instructions, which unfortunately led to the cancellation of your entire order.
