Ordered a beko washing machine on 5th September. Banner on site stated 1 - 2 days delivery! Ended up at 19! Local launderette did well.
Customer services not helpful, very abrupt! Delivery guys very similar, but at least they completed the job ie connection & take old machine away.
Will add that the machine is doing a good job.�

Very unserious supplier. 30 mins after order I tried to contact them to cancel it as the measurement was not valid. 5 emails later to several emailaddresses without answer they delivered. So now we have an extractor that is useless. I ask all customers to be very careful dealing with this company. They for sure ignore email communication and have 0 customer service. They have several email addresses and you never use the right one (as they say I have used wrong email and referred to an email that they never have informed about). Very unprofessional behavior. 🙈

Firstly false advertising of expected delivery

Secondly I am disabled there is no where on any forms that advises that items will only be delivered to street not inside the house
I live Ona first floor with one flight of stairs and the delivery men refused completely to help me
