Terrible support

Terrible support. My threads are constantly getting removed with no communication, warnings, or anything. Staff ignores messages and support tickets for 5 days so far. My account also got suspended today for 3 days, without posting or doing anything. Guess what, same story - no communication, emails, warnings, anything. This site is a joke

Epic Midman get my account banned

Their system and security are pretty good - No issue. However, their midman system is the issue.

I bought an account using TG Trade. Their middleman changed the account's email address to my EpicNPC username. The GM can determine that under TG Trade, they should change the email address to one similar to the original, not my EpicNPC username. However, the seller doesn't want to refund, and the middleman doesn't want to take responsibility. I lost the account, the middleman fee, and the money.

The admin had banned the seller but that did not help me to get back anything.

The claim made is false.

May 12 - transaction completed successfully
May 15 - account was banned for undetermined reason. Reported by the buyer.

We investigated this issue and were unable to determine fault, however changing a password multiple times would not cause a permanent ban, so this is not a realistic claim. That said, there is also zero evidence the password was changed more than 1 time.

My account was banned.

My account was banned after just having signed up and submitting ID verification. Before this happened, someone messaged me telling me they had what I was looking for. They messaged me again via Discord, and against my better judgement, should have known to identify this as a scam. I have a ticket in to dispute the ban, as I've never been a member of this site before. But honestly, do I even want to be, if my first experience is scammers coming at me?
