I bought an e.sim valid for 5 GB of data in mainland China. I am very satisfied since it was easy to install and much cheaper compared to use of mobile data by our provider. With this e.Sim we could communicate with our family through Wathsapp, which was not possible using hotels Wifi. We will choose to use e.sim during our next trip.

I used them for my trip to Seoul and later to Tokyo and I am very happy about the service. I had problems with the activation in Seoul (it was my first time and of course it was something as simple as activating roaming) but they replied within 30 minutes which was amazing because I was still at the airport with good wifi and I could activate the eSIM smoothly.
No issues topping up in case I run out of data, app easy to use and functional, good coverage, never had an issue. Will definitely use their service again!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars & not 5 is because I had a lot of problems activating the eSIM. I tried everything I could but couldn’t manage it. But it was my mistake, or not understanding the process as it’s my first time using an eSIM. I had to buy a local SIM card in the Philippines & then contacted customer support. They were great & replied really quickly. They gave me a refund as I had already paid for the local SIM card which was also great. And now I know the process for next time.

Super cost effective and good customer support! Went to Taiwan and installed the ESIM, however the internet didn't work on the phone at the start. I contacted customer support and they replied to me in a few hours and solved the issue. Had to manually type in the APN "mobile", which was a very quick fix. I will use them again when I go to Japan next.

Everything webt good but only one thing that is the motive for not guving you the 5 stars, i lef the top up button on on both lines and record my credit card, but I got no data for 1 day and I have to do it manually and frim a wifi zone. You must allow to enter atbyour website atleast to top up Everything or make the top up for real. I was confident with this and I had a bad moment when it occurred.

Just back from a holiday in Thailand having used an eSIM for the very first time. It was easy to set up and worked a treat whilst in Thailand. Owing to my lack of understanding about how esim cards really work, I was able to submit a query and the technical support received was both excellent and very quick. I would highly recommend and I'm already planning to use eSIM again for a trip to India next year.

I used esim now 3 times. Once in Egypt and twice in China. Buying it and installing it is very easy. 2 times it worked without any problem. At the 3. time after a few days the sim did not work any. I contacted the help desk. We checked some settings together. We could not find the problem. I got a new esim for free which was working very well. Great support. Problem solved within 2 hours.
I would always buy a eSIM esim.

worked smoothly. The only thing was that the data ended much faster than I was expecting it to be. I booked 1GB for 5 days, knowing that I will need it only for Whatsapp audio-calls/messages (not video), and for Navigation with the car. Surprisingly, after 3 days I got a message that my data is almost over, which forced me to book another 1GB, even though I was using it only for navigation and whatsapp...

Hello, Google Maps uses a lot of data, that is the reason. You should download offline maps with Wifi to reduce data consumption.
I had really great experience using eSIM on Balkan states - Albania & Monte Negro. On every place where the internet signal was, even in the mountains, I had no problem using the internet.

Activated the eSim and activated roaming while still in Germany, landed in Egypt and the Internet just worked for my whole Trip.
Great coverage everywhere i went. Saves you the hassle of buying a local physical card. Speeds were fast enough for social media and Netflix or YouTube. I will use it again for my next holiday.

The description for the installation you receive via mail doesn't include all the relevant informations. There's also a problem with de product design because your phone asks for a new Pin after you restard it. This semes an issue with other esim providers as well. But the customer service ist fast and helpful.

Firstly it was very easy to set up on the fone.
It was cheap & did not incur extra data cost. It made life simple. I used my Google navigation & Google search at all times. I was not restricted at all to communicate & sending fotos back to family at home.

Very good eSIM, maybe not the cheapest one but for a very small extra I had super fast 5G coverage where the others got 4G...
Today I contacted with the support and is was responsive, quick gave me the right solution.

Très pratique que l'on a de la connection internet déjà a l'aeroport. J'ai pu envoyer les premieres messages à mes amis locaux au moment j'attends mes bagages. De temps en temps on perd de la connection dans la ville, je suppose que c'est à cause de l'operateur local.
