My Broker, Mitch Martin, is very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Unlike other brokers, he takes his calls or calls back the same day; and his quick turn around time with quotes and policies is very much appreciated. That is one reason why I do not shop around. The service I get is worth the premium I pay.

I was looking for liability insurance for our middle school basketball team and filled out their form late night on Sunday. On Monday morning at 5am, I received a quote! I entered the timeframe I needed the insurance and answered the questions and originally was denied. I checked off a box in error. I sent an e-mail out and received a response fairly quickly. I resubmitted and my insurance was approved and you issued me a COI right away.

I decided to use this company because of the Individualized attention I received. First from Chris who got on the phone to understand my business and then Clayton and his team tailored the quote to my specific needs. Other companies didn't take the time to learn about me so I went with the company that cared. Give these guys a shot and you will figure out what I did. This is how insurance should be.
