The site bring me to a wrong part, in spite of all the correct codes.
After I exert my recess right, they told me that the correct part is no longer available, in spite on their site is still sold.
I need to find their carrier and pay by myself for the returning good.

ricevuto rotto rotto ho chiesto il rimborso, invece me ne hanno mandato un altro rotto pure quello. risultato ho pagato e ho ricevuto 2 prodotti rotti e non mi rimborsano nemmeno, follia pura.
received broken broken I asked for a refund, instead they sent me another broken one as well. result I paid and received 2 broken products and they don't even refund me, pure madness.

Replacement part does not fit around my tumble drier even though it is supposed to be the correct size according to their website. Emailed them and was told I could return for a refund but I would have to pay for shipping or they could deduct the shipping from the refund . So basically a con as I lose either way!!! Appears on their website they are based in the uk but they are actually based abroad. Con company please avoid to save losing your money !!!!

Once again you sent me the wrong part. Seeing as I have to pay for the postage to send it back to you, it would cost me double to resolve this issue.

Found spare part of a Daewoo fridge of 20 years ago ( Daewoo went in bankrupcy in 2004!), sent in 2 days from Belgium at mid August
