Flipsnack is an incredible resource for business owners

This is an amazing product and product management system. It was easy to understand and even greater to use when needed by my team and I. I feel the staff working behind the scenes were more than helpful and quick with solutions when we needed them. I highly recommend this service.! 5 stars

Very cool platform!

Very cool platform which was recommended to me by a friend who has been using it for quite some time. I like the ease with which you can convert a PDF file into a digital magazine, but the editor is extremely user-friendly as well if you want to create a magazine from scratch. They provide live chat support and the customer service is amazing.

Text formatting bug huge problem!

Update: FlipSnack fixed the text editor bug that prevented us from publishing. Fix took several weeks and required several customer support reps to re-diagnose issue. That said, my review has improved.

For weeks I have been going in circles with customer service having to prove that the view one sees in their EDITOR mode is different from the published mode. In short, the text box formatting has a bug and you cannot access the html to correct it.

I have sent them several screen shots of the two and the obvious discrepancy and I have been getting back lame answers, mainly blaming me. Today they admitted to the bug. But clearly others would have encountered an error simply caused by coping text boxes! Awful.

Flipsnack Made Me Stand Out as a Marketing Professional!

I'm a Marketing Manager and whomever I'm working for, I introduce Flipsnack and flipbooks as a premiere marketing tool. Some employers were like, "Well, I don't know if that will work for us. We've never done it that way." So, I'd spend about 30-40 minutes, depending on the length of the flipbook and content, images required, bring it back to them to see and they're all obsessed and now want me to create flipbooks for all kinds of things! Told you! Lol. Sales have skyrocketed.

Flipsnack has elevated my marketing skills, it's easy to use, high tech, and very professional looking. It makes the competition pale in comparison. I highly recommend Flipsnack. I've been creating beautiful flipbooks with them for years, which has greatly attributed to my personal success, as well as for any company that I work for.

Looks good but hard to promote

While the final product looks sophisticated, there are major issues with delivering it via social media and website. After we paid for a year subscription and after we spent countless hours creating our pdfs, only then were we told that the website platform we used had "limitations" and couldn't render the flip book properly. Also, the flipbook does not translate well to social media. So you're left with a really nice looking book that you can't promote. Would have given 1 star, but the support staff there was really nice (and apologetic), so the extra star is out of appreciation for them.

We have been analyzing this issue you have faced regarding the embed code used on your Squarespace website. Upon our investigation, we found out that on your website there is a div called a spacer that pushes our flipbook to the right, and you would have to remove it from your Squarespace account so our flipbook will display properly.

Christian- tech support

Good Afternoon,
The following is a note of appreciation.
I just upgraded my service and needed help. A lot of help. I used the chat function which told me I would have to wait less than 5 minutes. I waited under 3 minutes. Christian answered my query. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He understood my questions even in my broken tech jargon. He logged onto my screen with my permission and even recorded a how to video to explain how to preform the task I was having trouble with. I am a Partner in luxury Italian Fashion brand and I value stellar customer service from my team. And it is hard to find. Christian was excellent and hopefully appreciated so you can retain him.

Their customer service is impeccable.

I have been using their platform for over a year and it works spectacularly. I have sometimes had some questions about how it works and they have resolved any questions or issues quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is impeccable.

LOVE FLIPSNACK

Our company uses flipsnack for member newsletters and sale brochures. I really love your product and the ease of use. I also check in regularly on the stats which helps our company with future creative.
Would love to see more ease with swapping out a page but otherwise AMAZING product!

Happy customer for over two years

When we first started the digital version of SOULACY we reviewed all the major platforms and Flipsnack offered us everything we were looking for. Easy to use and intuitive interface, customisable features, downloadable gifs, design features to make flipping more tangible, plus the number of pages that we have in each issue.

The one time we had a minor issue with an additional feature their customer support was fantastic.

I highly recommend Flipsnack to anyone creating a digital version of a magazine or booklet. It's easy to use and creates a gorgeous flippable product. We've been using Flipsnack now for over two years.

Very unclear description with …

Very unclear description with subscription in terms of what you are receiving as far as flip files go. Spent much time and effort trying to download just a simple flipfile, which is all I wanted. However, even with the many chats in the service provided, it was always confusing and there was never a direct answer as to why I was not able get a copy of the flipfile which i spent a lot of time working on, just so that it can be downloaded in that exact format as it was displayed, only to be told eventually that i would have to upgrade! very disappointing. there should be clear indications as to EXACTLY what one is getting!

Professional Digital Catalogs

I use Flipsnack to keep all my digital catalogs in one place and it's by far the best catalog tool out there. And I've tried many.
In terms of price, services and customer service, they get 5* from me. Really easy and intuitive platform. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service

Whilst I found the process of creating a magazine on Flipsnack very good, I cannot say the same for their customer service operators.
As I work in an educational establishment, I asked one operator if we were allowed a discount on their Starter pricing package. He said yes and sent me a link for a 30% discount. He explained that the discount was valid for 24 hours.
Having had this approved by my line manager, I contacted Flipsnack the next day to commence with the Starter package. I was told that the discount was invalid. (However the 24 hour period had not expired at that time )
The woman I had a conversation with was quite unhelpful. She didn't explain why the discount code was suddenly no longer valid and insisted I was in the wrong.
Hence giving Flipsnack 2 stars for customer service.

Great customer experience

i am a new user to the platform and could not work out the settings in the url section. I sent a message to customer service and within no time I had a response and my problem was fixed. Flipsnack Checked All of Our Boxes

We were searching for a flipbook vendor for our financial services firm. We needed a vendor which offered a wide variety of features, including the ability to insert other media into the flipbook. We read reviews that Flipsnack was active in responding to user feedback, which we think is important. Seeking a full-featured product we requested an exception to be able to have access to the full features during the 14 day trial period--which was not generally offered. Flipsnack permitted this, we test drove it, found what we were looking for, and became a subscriber. Now we're moving our otherwise static media onto the Flipsnack platform to upgrade our presentations/CTAs/offerings. Very happy with Flipsnack.

No other Flipbook app compares

The best tool to make modules more engaging for kids. It can also be used for business to make online brochures. I love this tool. I just make my PDFs and it's so easy to upload and animate. It even works seamlessly with Google Drive! I can't wait for my students to see the modules and get those "oohs" and "aaaahs"

The company is also compassionate enough to offer teachers more flipbook space! Thank you so so much!
