Your interactive upload and info is not quite clear. I have used it before and have to question what I am doing every time. Much more, not complicate, just not as clear as other print companies uploads. Thanks for your quality products. I appreciate your business.

First time ordering from FolderPrinters.com. Michael and Joe were immensely helpful along the process. It isn't often these days that you get the kind of personalized help they offered, but it really stands out and was one of the deciding factors in using this company. Also, the price came in at less than half what a few local shops were wanting to charge. Hopefully the quality of the product will be what it should, and in a few weeks I'll find out.

Printing and service was exceptional. They provided both digital and hardcopy proofs quickly and reliably. Received personal call to let me know the digital proof had been emailed and was awaiting my approval. Then received working hardcopy proof next day air that was fully glued and assembled which was great. Nice to know quality work and service still exists!!

First off, the pricing on services and products is very practical. Easy to understand process / instructions as you go along ordering, may it be customized or not. The site is so user-friendly. Customer Service Reps are so nice and friendly.

Wonderful Customer Service!
The agent helped me find exactly what I needed for a rush order in a timely manner. He showed me which options meet our specs without paying for anything we don't need. When we were ready to proceed, he walked us through the ordering process to make sure we understood the whole process and gave helpful suggestions along the way.
In summary, he turned what could have been a very stressful rush order into a very straightforward and easy order instead.

I found FolderPrinters.com online and was able to easily create my pocket folder template in just a few minutes. Their pricing was reasonable for the fast turnaround time that I needed too. Also, when I called their number, I was able to review my order with the agent.

Very easy reorder process - under 5 minutes. Design tools not very good - not intuitive - however, with one 10 minute call I was able to get my folder designed exactly how I wanted. Pricing is fair and turnaround time is taken very seriously by these guys. Would definitely recommend.

Well I wasn't sure which print to do or matte / glossy because I didn't have a sample, so I am trusting previous experience. Hoping you can share the difference.
Also, if I paid for inner print pockets but the design didn't have that, will we get a different price charged to the card?

The folders turned out really nice!! Super high quality and the best price I have seen online. Was almost impossible to find a company that makes folders with vertical business card holders. I really liked how easy it was to get ahold of someone to answer all my questions and help me through the design process. Also the most customizable folders on the market. Overall great experience and will definitely order from here again!!
