Complete Scam and Horrible Customer Service
I passed Phase 2 of the evaluation, only to get an email claiming my account (No. 1041108) was flagged for “suspicious IP activity ” This is total BS—I only use one static IP, which is my home address. There’s no multi-IP activity on my end yet they couldn’t care less
When I asked for clarification, they refused to provide any real explanation. Instead, they just sent a generic response saying their decision was “final and can’t be reversed.” What a joke!
They refunded the evaluation fee, but that’s the only thing they did right. The rest of this experience has been a complete scam They don’t care about their customers, they don’t provide transparency, and they refuse to resolve anything. Avoid this company at all costs—they’ll just take your money and screw you over.
