I opened the package and let the bed settle for 48 hours as instructed. The bed is of terrible quality. Cheap. No support whatsoever. I would never let my dog sleep on this flimsy thing. It’s clearly a $12 Temu dog bed for more than a hundred dollars. And the return policy states that if you open the package, a return is not accepted. The “original packaging� is literally a trash bag. Awful product. Awful company. I would never buy anything from them again and will warn others this is clearly a drop-shipping scam.

Waited weeks after payment just to get notified they drop ship their products from across the globe. Tried contacting them through their customer support email and never got a reply. Bought our dog bed as a birthday gift only to have it show up a month late.

My parcels were in 2 shipments, on said delivered last week, it was not, then today, a driver pulled up, blocked the driveway, and literally threw the parcel onto my lawn, no communication, no here you go… no sorry.. just chucked it…. I’ll NEVER buy from funny fuzzy again, NEVER

Package never arrived. E-mail said it was delivered and left at the garage or front door. There was no post office tracking number. The post office doesn't reconize the shippers tracking number. The tracking number supplied can't be used by the post office. Can't communicate with company, when you click their website it takes you to Google.

Flexible but cosy design

I was delighted with the quick delivery, ease of assembly and the cosy comfort….so suitable for my new pup. I can’t wait to take my dear fluff baby for a car ride!

Awful company

Awful company. Products are poorly made and faulty within a month of usage. They only give a month to report faults from delivery date and refuse to respond to message once you have your product. They only respond after the month and then refuse to deal with the issue. I would never recommend or use them again.

The threads on the cover is pulling apart. It wasn't even used with a pet on it. If you have a cat scratching that it would fray quicker. You can't wash this item either. I'm not sure what purpose it has if you can have pets on it but can't wash it. Getting a quilt over would do a better job!
