My experience with Get Covers has been great so far! I had them design the cover for the first book in my series and their turnaround for delivery and for making changes I requested was very fast and efficient. I was able to get my book published even earlier than I anticipated. I will definitely be coming back to them for the rest of the books in my series. Highly recommend for authors on a budget!

Getcovers has been fantastic! I hired them to create 3 book covers, each with the marketing bundle, and have been very impressed with their work and their courtesy during our interactions. My concept was unusual, and I didn't explain it too clearly, but after a few exchanges and attempts with Carin and the artist, we finally nailed down exactly what I wanted. They were terrific and gracious. It was a pleasure. Next time will be better since I learned a lot about how to describe better.

Very pleased with the communication and process. Carin was an excellent contact person, always prompt and professional. I had submitted my idea at the peak of the holiday season but the developer(s) continued to work around the clock to help meet my deadline (even sending revisions on Christmas Eve).
Perhaps professional writers have different standards but the design went well beyond what I thought I would get for the price. Definitely recommend their services!

Very happy repeat customer! This is my third book cover with GetCovers, and I'll continue to work with them. I'm delighted with this latest one. We always need to do 2 or 3 fairly simple revisions, but those get done in a timely way, and fine-tuning is nothing new in the design world. My readers respond well to these covers.

Overall great experience.. open communication and willing to make the changes i needed. Only downside I would mention was it took a bit longer then expected to get the first design. Which is okay for me cause this is a cover redo but its hard to describe what you want sometimes via text so getting the first design back was important to see if they understood my vision.

Since I write books as a hobby and don't have a lot to spend on it, I started working on my own covers. They were close to what I wanted, but my friends told me they did not look professional and one of them suggested Get Covers, because they are inexpensive. I am glad I listened, because Get Covers was able to take my designs to the next level.

So, for the price, you're getting a good deal. The covers are better quality than most people can do on their own and they give you unlimited revisions, so I can't complain there.
They have never, ever, with any of the covers I've ordered from them, been on time with delivery. They always ask for more time, and then revisions take days at a time for even simple things, so be prepared. It's something I just factor in now, that it'll be usually 2-3 weeks before I have a finished cover, not a few days like their website states.
It did get frustrating this time because I had 4 covers being worked on at once, all for the same series, all with the same issue, that I had to request 3 separate times per cover to be corrected. Finally got tired of it and just took it as-is.
