Zero accountability

Zero accountability, zero acceptable customer service. They make it virtually impossible to return any purchase. Vague response to queries and questions. Want pictures and all error codes and reasons for their crap OS not working on your PC. Do not purchase this terrible product as all you will get is a useless expensive paperweight that you cannot return or remedy

Their "Customer Service" is a Mirage

On 12/14 I bought a Wellue Pulse Ox monitor for a family member who was, unfortunately, put on hospice shortly after the order was placed. So I needed to return.

Wellue's return policy requires emailing for authorization before they'll send you the product return address. They also require photos showing that the item is in "as new" condition. I have sent two emails to their customer service and included pictures. The first was sent 12/29/24 and the second 1/7/25. No response.

When I tried messaging them on Facebook today, I got an autoreply that said, "It's time for rest" (They are CA- based and it was just after 1 PM PST. Maybe their customer service takes siestas?) so I was instructed to email their customer service department. I also called Wellue's phone number to see what would happen. Both times it rang and then disconnected shortly afterward.

Done chasing my tail. If Wellue doesn't respond to my return request before the 30 day window closes, I will send Visa copies of the return request emails I've sent, explain to them that I could get no response from Wellue and request a chargeback. Come to find out, Wellue has an "F" BBB rating. Now I'm sure I know why!

This unit is fantastic

This unit is fantastic. Quieter than the other unit i had for years. Delivery was very fast. I would recommend and would buy again in the future.
PS. The ring and app are fantastic as well.

This recording pulse/oximeter is the greatest gadget since my Apple watch!

This recording pulse/oximeter is a wonderful invention! I was recently put on oxygen therapy but they forgot to include necessary parts for my CPAP at night. I was curious what my oxygen levels would be without the oxygen on room air and CPAP. This provides me with a complete picture overnight showing that I am doing fine on regular air with the CPAP. It also allows me to monitor my oxygen levels during exercise as well. Great invention!

Wellue don’t cover import tax

Ordered an expensive ecg monitor costing over £500. Delivered late, then weeks later received a further invoice from FedEx for over £100 for duty and tax!! Website says all shipping costs are included but the company elects not to pay customs/import tax, putting the burden on the buyer without warning or notice. FedEx then pays this without telling you and invoices you for it later!

The ORing is helping me track my sleep…

The ORing is helping me track my sleep oxygen and pulse rate. I like having the ability to see for myself what those two important functions are doing at different sleep levels. The ORing is vibrating when needed and my oxygen levels are in safe levels.

One and only one Jennie, such of a great customer support.

Their customer service is just so understanding and helpful. I had to return the item because I made the wrong purchase. They did not have any passive aggression. And very patient, kind, even when my return process went not as smooth. I had to mail it back, but I mailed back to a wrong person, they are still able to connect to the receiver and confirmed the reception of return then I got full refund. I actually did not expect that money to come back to be refunded to me. Wow, this is like a surprise to me.

Hi, It works, no problem.
I'm dreaming of an oximeter that can be used under water for freediving training. The perfect one could also be post synchronised with Garmin connect as an external data field. We are thousands of free divers seeking for this product... best

I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021 but lasted less than 2 yrs

I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021. In May 2023 it started giving wildly variable readings. I have tried factory reset and a firmware update but now (August) it freezes on start and often seems to switch on randomly. On Facebook Wellue have repeatedly tried to limit their liability to one year using their warranty unreasonably. Under UK Statute it should be of satisfactory quality for a reasonable time.

ECG Recorder with AI Analysis - great!

I purchased ECG Recorder with AI Analysis. Great device. Very comfortable to wear (I am using belt), sometimes detects a few anomalities at the very beginning of the measurement, but then settles and seems fine. Very good to check on your heart. As a bonus it behaves as a bluetooth heart rate belt, so you can send BPMs to your Garmin or Karoo when cycling & still capture the whole ECG into the device at the same time (and analyse later).

Customer Service Sucks

I have the ECG 24/7 monitor device. Had it for a few months and it is giving me problems when downloading. My Macbook can detect the attached device but the Wellue software rarely detects the device. Only customer support is thru email (no 800 number) and they are not giving me a solution or replace my device which has one year warranty.

Be aware 30 Moneyback Guaranteed FAKE


They offer 30 Money back Guaranteed, has been 15 days since the day I'm requesting a return label cus a defective device, the only way to be able to talk to that dept is by email, and they reply only at 3:00AM.

I only have 3 more days to reach the 30 timeline and have no resolution, I'm afraid I'm screwed with this people with horrible customer service.

Please note I'm referring to a CPAP
Medical device of daily use, You can't be waiting weeks for a resolution!

O2ring wearable oxygen monitor helps to see pattern

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and assigned a Resmed ClimateLine Air 10 for Her. I additionally ordered an O2ring wearable oxygen monitor. It was a good decision because through it I can see in time what time of night there is less oxygen in my blood and how often. It has developed into a definite pattern that I will show the doctor next time.

A Great Company

This is a great Company. I've used several similar products over the years, but this one is far superior. I've been using their O2 Pulse Oximeter for 6 months and it's top quality, never fails, and their customer service is fantastic. 10 Stars!

Best choice I made

A few years ago I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Through insurance I would be renting a machine. So I started looking into buying my own. Found this one and bought it , the price was great, what a great thing I did. The delivery was quick,customer service people are so great with whatever I need. The equipment has worked really well for me it's quite doesn't disturb anyone's sleep, doesn't take up much room but it works great. One very satisfied customer here.

My purchase was supposed to be delivered and it's very late with no real solution/action by Wellue

My purchase was supposed to be delivered on by November 25/27, As of today Dec 1st I am still waiting for my purchase. Contacted Wellue, who directed me to the USPS site with a snapshot of the delivery status, guess what that doesn't help me, I can see that on my own, so what is the purpose of contacting you?Are you not responsible for delivery, think that also what I paid for? Still waiting on my item??

Extraordinary products.

I’ve bought two different AI ECG products from Wellue and every aspect of the sale was smooth and efficient. I can’t speak too highly of this company. They have been excellent. And both products have performed beyond my expectations in every way. I believe that anyone with a heart arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation will benefit from using these well-priced and technologically advanced AI devices.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST ! BEWARE !!!

I just red the other reviews before making my purchase, I tried to contact the company several times asking for info about the 24H monitor device.
After 4 emails there was NO nswer at all !!!
This made me suspicious that's why I'm here to write my BAD review.
Their customer support is INEXISTENT !!! and probably if I'd have a problem with their products they would not refund me.
