Their "Customer Service" is a Mirage
On 12/14 I bought a Wellue Pulse Ox monitor for a family member who was, unfortunately, put on hospice shortly after the order was placed. So I needed to return.
Wellue's return policy requires emailing for authorization before they'll send you the product return address. They also require photos showing that the item is in "as new" condition. I have sent two emails to their customer service and included pictures. The first was sent 12/29/24 and the second 1/7/25. No response.
When I tried messaging them on Facebook today, I got an autoreply that said, "It's time for rest" (They are CA- based and it was just after 1 PM PST. Maybe their customer service takes siestas?) so I was instructed to email their customer service department. I also called Wellue's phone number to see what would happen. Both times it rang and then disconnected shortly afterward.
Done chasing my tail. If Wellue doesn't respond to my return request before the 30 day window closes, I will send Visa copies of the return request emails I've sent, explain to them that I could get no response from Wellue and request a chargeback. Come to find out, Wellue has an "F" BBB rating. Now I'm sure I know why!
