Wow, so happy I’ve taken my travel insurance out with gigasure. I’ve taken couples policy out and I made a silly mistake on my wife’s date of birth, was expecting a difficult time to correct this, not at all the case. Had an online chat with a very efficient advisor, sorted everything quickly so happy days.
No charge for making a change to our policy, the cost beat all other quotes, will definitely be using again 10/10

Stay away from them!
If you have a policy with them, and they don't respond to you.
I highly suggest that you make a formal complain with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If the complaints start piling up, they'll be audited.
Companies like these can't continue to abuse costumers.
The questions that were asked were easy to answer and the cover my wife and I received for the conditions we have is great, and not to mention the cost. Well done Gigasure we can look forward to having a lot more holidays without worrying about expensive holiday insurance.

Recently bought a Policy. Poor Communication and Inaccessible Support.
I recently bought a policy from Gigasure.com, but my experience has been disappointing. They primarily respond through their app, which I do not use. Emails to infoatgigasure went unanswered, although about 9am today they did try to send an updated policy however it was a duplicate of the original policy that needed urgent updates.
I emailed again but didn't get an acknowledgement or a reply.
Frustrated, I called their landline 020 (London Area). During the phone call today (11:14 am - 11:28 am), I updated my policy, paid £15.68, and was sent a new policy by email. However, the new policy had the same mistakes as the one sent earlier, and the necessary updates have not been made.
I sent a reply email naming the agent who was very helpful. The call was exhausting and time-consuming but neccessary due to my errors in the original. Still, I have not been sent the updated correct policy.
I wish I had known about these issues beforehand. I hope to cancel if the timeline hasn't been reached for that.
UPDATE 13.37pm
No reply to any emails sent.
I phoned again and a polite gentleman immediately forwarded the updated policy and gave me time scan through it and it appears correct.
In all the policy was a good price, the phone calls are efficient. Emails poor. I've changed 1 star to 4 star, leaving room for contact improvement.
Problem solved.
