Customer service was great. The rug shipped the same day we ordered it. We received emails and texts (by choice) through the entire process, including tracking info. The rug arrived in perfect condition and we got exactly what we hoped for. The pictures on the website are spot on! Our rug is gorgeous! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Excellent service, answered quickly and precisely all of my questions and the delivery time was outstanding. Color and styling matched very well in the online pics compared to the actual, aside from one minor complaint explained in the following sentence. My only reservation in awarding 4 stars instead of 5 stars, was the rug was folded and stored sharply, leaving heavy creases and I did call and was advised to unroll it and vacuum it several times which I have done but the creases remain. I will continue to wait and see if the fibers relax and the creases diminish and will then change my rating to 5 stars. The online ic showed a clear contrasting natural beige fringe but in the blue over-dying process the fringe has become a shade of blue, very minor though.

After I selected my item, called Golden Nile and spoke with Omid to ask some question regarding the item. He was very nice and professional to answer my questions. On next day when i called to place my order he took me through the process and made my shopping experience one of the best.

i found the most beautiful hand knotted rug here at a good price...its gorgeous.Heaviest rug ive ever had...i couldnt put it down but, when i did, its truly stunning! Good thing i dont want to return it because it would too heavy and $$. I got an extra 10 percent off which helped. They really have quality one of a kind rugs.

I ordered 2 large area rugs and 2 runners from Golden Nile, knowing ahead of time 2 would be returned as I needed to see which type of rug looked best. I did keep 2 and am happy with the colors and quality of the rugs. I had priced similar types in specialty rug stores and knew they were pricey. The price from Golden Nile was 30% less and shipping is free. Of course I had to pay return shipping which is expected. The owners were easy to contact and the customer service is very good.

We got an absolutely beautiful wool rug reduced from $4200 to $877,including shipping. Seemed too good to be true. But the rug arrived by UPS two days later and it is gorgeous, very heavy, and well made. I am delighted.

I very happy with the Kazak runner - it was everything I wanted as as far as colors which are gorgeous, and soft texture. It perfectly fits my long bathroom space and brings a rich and elegant atmosphere. I highly recommend Golden Nile as they have the best choices for the best price!

Beautiful rug, even more vibrant than pictures. Delivered quickly and in wonderful condition. Make sure to ask for a rug liner as it is hard to navigate on the website, but customer assistance on phone was prompt and helped us with this. Finally, we went to a local store and saw the same rug for twice the price. I would recommend if you are in the market for a beautiful rug!
