Easy to reload my friend's movil in Cuba. Have been using HablaCuba probably since 2-3 years. Just don't understand how HablaCuba can function with a base in Georgia USA and continue to do business with Cubacel in Cuba. Surprised the USA allows American -based businesses to continue to deal with Cubacel based in Cuba. Hope that new USA President will not change your ability to allow us to continue to reload our friend's movil in Cuba. All the best for 2025!

If everything works fine its ok but if not you are going to loose your money. Recharged a phone in Cuba but for whatever reason is the number did not get recharged. Wrote to customerservice 3 times...NO ANSWER even not get my money back. I do Not recommend this bad service!

We were able to assist our friends in need, with some phone time. This process was very smooth with no issues.
ONE COMMENT/SUGGESTION: it is almost impossible to send money to Cuba, to a bank account or on a prepaid Cuban card. It would be nice if you considered that service.

I looked around a while before landing on HablaCuba to recharge my loved one phone. Never had the idea to search for another solution since then. The server is always up, rapid and consistent over time email receipts, absolutely no issue on charges... Over about 3 years. -- I recommand it.

I always use H C they are inexpensive yet excellent quality in all areas. I've been with them for about 8 years and have nothing even close to the deals that they have every month. Love their promotions and always tell my girlfriends in Cuba, to wait for the promos if they want me to recharge their phones.

They should offer more incentives para the people to charges the phones in Cuba. Extra points for use later to give credit so we don’t need to paid so much for sending recharges at the poor people in Cuba.

Given the exchanger rate for the canadian dollar ( January 2023 - banks 85 pesos for 1$cnd and on the street 120 pesos ) my cuban friends and family are requesting I send them money transfers as they would have extra money if they bought the minutes and data themselves in cuba.
Your services are still the best I have used , it is just the value received would be the issue.
