In today's world a lot of companies do not train their staff to deal with seniors, making it difficult for people like me 76 to understand different processes. My dealing with Hagerty was simple and easy.
I have waited 60 years to get my first Streetrod & finding & buying a beauty like I got was stressful enough, dealing with Hagerty was a pleasant surprise

Having only made one claim in probably 30 years, I can tell you that I felt like haggerty was on my side and appreciate the way my case was handled. I realize that these cases can be very traumatic and difficult due to some uncooperative third parties, but in the end everything was resolved and we walked away content with the settlement. Big thank you to Kristy Wesley in particular.

I've been with Hagerty for many years now. It goes beyond just insurance.
They really do cover the collector market extremely well and supply articles, valuation tool and other feature that make it part of an overall experience. The Hagerty magazine is currently one of the best available. Add in very reasonable insurance rates and coverage, you can't lose.

Hagerty has made getting or making insurance coverage very straightforward process. Changes made on line took effect straight away, easy payment, and user friendly. Hagerty insurance coverage is easy to arrange and the rates are great, particularly given that I seldom drive my collector cars. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, so they never leave the garage between the end of September and early April. Other insurance companies want to charge for a policy for the full year, at full premium price. Hagerty charges much less because they know I don't drive them for six month so of the year and even when I do, it is only in good weather.

I've made only one claim---for a fire in my MG wiring. A complete re-wire was expensive. An adjuster came quickly, there were no issues whatsoever---the car was flat-bedded free-of charge (with my CAA coverage) more than 100 miles away to a British car specialist, and they charged me $50 deductible. Later, I received a letter and a cheque (check) apologizing for the deductible, and giving me my money back. People like that story, and it's a recommendation for Hagerty.

I have been doing some work on one of my rides and spoke with a rep about changing my policy to reflect my car being undef restoration. He was able to save me a large chuck of cash on my renewal while still providing great comprehensive coverage on my car.

I’ve had my ‘02 Ferrari 360 F1 Spider insured with Hagerty for 2 years now. After initailly comparing rates and terms with other insurance companies, Hagerty was the only one to provide detailed, no-hassle and straight forward coverage with a very reasonable rate for a full 12 month period. Definitely check them out to against others to take care of your high-valued, prized possession’s needs.

I recently spoke to a customer service representative- Jag for my renewal. It was during this call upon which Jag informed me that my car had increased in value. This is directed to Hagerty Quebec. I have never been asked if I had a criminal record in all my life when requesting a quote for car insurance. Not only that but they asked me for a full criminal record list/index. I could understand if they had ask for anything related to car insurance but anything that is personal is private and I shouldn't have to share this just to get car insurance.

Called this Company for an insurance quote for a Porsche 911 turbo. Got a quote the day before and was ready to move forward now today an underwriter by the name Josh called to say I don't qualify as I needed to own a comparable Vehicle before we can insure this car. They also need to ensure I have another car for every day use. How do you do business like this?

Hagerty offers excellent policies for classic and specialty vehicles. The rates are very good and the customer service is second to none. Always an easy and pleasant experience calling them and speaking with a real person on the other end who is genuinely there to help. Adding a vehicle or changing policy coverage is hassle-free and the (personable) customer service representatives guide you through the process. I highly recommend this provider, I've been with them for many years now and have to say I'm completely satisfied. Excellent value and excellent customer service.

I am a very experienced driver with over 40 years experience driving high performance cars. I have a spotless driving record and no accidents. I have owned several Porsche 911's as well as numerous BMW's and other high performance cars. I was declined and even worse, lied to regarding the reasons. I fully meet all of their stated requirements. This is a horrible company with grossly incompetent personnel.
