Fun store

It's really a fun store to find a lot of ideas for around the house. There is loads of variety and styles to choose from. With delivery being an option in our local area, this is excellent when we need large items, but have a small little weeny tiny Fiat car.

No money return policy

I could also give a zero. So I buy an article 4,99 euros, the cashier passed the article for 8,99 euros. When I asked for a refund because I don't want the article no more she says no money return only a voucher. So I wanted to spend 4,99, they made a mistake and now I have to spend 8,99 on this shop. I requested talking to a manager they said no, I requested a claim form they said no available. Horrible customer service. I will never buy there again

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Bought a pool which was damaged!! Leaked yet
Somehow they expect I should have tested the pool in my 3 floor Appartment!!! Refused to replace or refund! Do not use!!!!! Alone with just the poor customer service!!! Never known anything like it….

Bad online shopping site

Too long to process. Didn't receive yet after almost one week placing the order. No update of the order for days after placing. The tracking number is not even working. After paying money they said one item was sold out which was ridiculous. It was available when I paid and reserved it. Very bad site. I'm not even sure my goods will be in good condition. DON'T RECOMMEND for anyone. Very bad experience. I just received. As I expected damaged goods. One plate is broken from a side. Other plates all are with minor damages and imperfections. Very sad.

The products arrived in good time but we're very poorly packaged. One item was a tiled table and one of the legs was damaged because there was very little protection.

The shipment never arrived

The shipment never arrived. They sent me a link to a shipment service, told me a date and a time, only to never show up and leaving me waiting in vain for two hours, ruining my family plans for that day. Not a single phonecall, nothing.
