Dishonest people and thieves that don't care if they take money from a customer that was deceived by their misleading marketing as 5 stars hotel on google maps that shows what they input at google business.
Requested a refund 2 months earlier of the reservation date, and these people, that are not in Romania, denied refund. They're are happy to withholding the money from customer.
They've nothing to do with 5 stars hotel. It's just apartments with nobody there, and no services at all.
I regret having to deal with these crooks.

My family and I came to Oaxaca for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for us and our group of friends. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was a treat each morning, enjoyed in the dining room or outside in the courtyard. The staff made us feel welcome and safe. The location was an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and sights. Our favorite spots nearby were Bodaega for coffee and pastries, Cabuche for healthy lunch and pozole, and the Centro Cultural San Pablo to hang out in the garden, buy handicrafts and have a drink.

This apartment was absolutely incredible. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious, offering a true sense of luxury. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere was both elegant and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Holt Europe/Oaxaca left me no choice. I booked an apartment in Bucharest for three weeks through Airbnb. Due to a change in my schedule, I wanted to cancel within 24 hours of booking, even though I knew their refund policy stated I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

I reached out to them hoping for a reasonable solution, and they initially told me they’d be open to refunding for any dates they managed to rebook after I canceled. They even offered a partial refund of €500. However, just 7 hours after I agreed to the offer, they withdrew it, citing Airbnb's strict policy, which made no sense given their earlier messages.

After canceling, I kept an eye on the booking calendar, and the apartment was rented for many of the dates I originally booked. Despite this, they refused to provide any refund, saying refunds were entirely at their discretion.

I followed up multiple times and was promised that management was “reviewing the case.” It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received a refund or a clear resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m shocked that such behavior can go unchecked on Airbnb.

Our stay at HELLOHOLT's Wes Anderson-themed apartment was truly exceptional! Out of the 10 places we stayed across Europe, this was hands down the best. The apartment had everything we could ask for: three spacious bedrooms, a large and comfortable sitting area, and nice balcony to sit in after a long day in the city.

We were initially skeptical since there were no prior reviews, but our worries quickly disappeared the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and the Wes Anderson theme made us feel like we were stepping into a movie set.

The location was ideal—in the old town center while still offering peace and quiet. We would also like to thank the HOLT team, available 24/7 and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

We'll definitely be looking up HELLOHOLT's other properties for future travels and hope they maintain the same level of quality. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Highly, highly recommended!

Apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper and paper towels. They also provided laundry detergent/soap/dishwasher capsules as well.

Bonus was the supply of condiments (salt/pepper/oil/sugar) and nescafe espresso capsules to get us started.

All the appliances etc worked well. Air conditioners in every room except the kitchen. TV in every room.

Location was excellent for walking down Victoria Street. Street parking was free in the laneway where the apartment was located.

We would highly recommend staying here for families visiting Bucharest.

The apartment in a nice and quiet location for exploring the city. It was easy to get to the city centre either on foot or by public transport (the metro station is 700 meters away). The hosts were amiable, always available and answered our questions quickly. They were beneficial. The apartment is nicely decorated in a modern way and it is very spacious. It was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. In short, we have an excellent experience and can only recommend it.

Great hotel, very clean,comfortable and quiet. Location!, location! Walking distance to the zocalo, restaurants and Calle de Alcalá. I had and issue with the AC I send them a message and they fixed the AC the same day, very easy to communicate with them. I would definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment that exceeded all my expectations.
The apartment is situated in an amazing location, conveniently close to downtown. This made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, there are charming coffee shops nearby, perfect for a morning pick-me-up, and several supermarkets within walking distance, which made grocery shopping incredibly easy.
The apartment itself is spacious with two well-appointed bedrooms. It was immaculately clean upon arrival, which made settling in very comfortable. The decor is modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. There’s also high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and a cozy living area with a smart TV for relaxing evenings in.
