I knew I had a uti. Instead of either waiting at urgent care for 3 hours or more, making an appointment for days later, I was able to get my UTI taking care of by Dr b within a couple hours from my home. They used my normal pharmacy so that I knew everything was legit which made me feel very comfortable.

I discovered this website by Google. I filled out the questionnaire. Within minutes of completion, a prescription for my issue was sent to my local pharmacy and I was able to pick it up about two hours later. Very grateful for this service! It was cheaper than my insurance Co pay and much quicker than having to go to an in office doctor visit.

Absolutely am amazing service is gave my symptoms with pictures, verified with my drivers license and had a prescription sent to the pharmacy they even gave me an rx card for a cheaper price. This online doc is great for non emergent medical care, I've shared with everyone I know.

This company will bend over backwards to help you the first time just to get you to write a good review and then they are completely useless and horrible customer service. They will do nothing to help you despite all of the proof that you prove it is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this service again and I will never recommend the service ever again to anyone. I have uploaded pictures with a positive UTI test. I’ve done everything that I did the last time I needed a prescription for this problem, they refuse to help because they could care less.

I recently contracted Covid for the 1st time and 3 days after testing positive, on a Saturday morning, I felt worse & decided the studies showing Paxlovid can reduce viral load both acutely & for long-term sequelae, I should get a prescription. I’ve used Dr. B twice for accessing antiviral medications for Covid. I can’t tell you how easy, affordable, and efficient it is. From the time I tested positive at home until the time I had my medication, it was about two hours. That includes the trip to the pharmacy and the filling of the prescription. I have insurance, but Dr B is more affordable for such a need. I wouldn’t even begin to think about going through the process of going to urgent care and hoping I’d get a similarly fast response. I recommend them often and wouldn’t think twice about using the service a third time if I’m so unlucky to need to.

My experience was great! The process was easy answering the questions. I received updates via email to the process and where my request stood. It was sooo fast. Overall, my experience with Dr. B was excellent. I had an issue logging in to the site so I reached out to Customer Support and they were able to help me right away. I definitely appreciated the quick response from them. I then had previously signed up for a different account and then the IT/site Support was able to quickly merge my two files together and it was Very simple I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get Beyond that process. Once seen by the healthcare provider, I thought it was a very quick turnaround for the time From the time I interacted with the bot on the website Anabiotic I needed for a sinus infection was called into the pharmacy, which I believe was under two hours. The provider then followed up with me a few days after the Initial appointment although I didn’t Need anything Additional, I did appreciate that. The cost of the service is absolutely an amazing value! The customer service that the company provides is top notch And deserves more than five stars! Thank you!

I have used them three times now for Covid relief and they have been amazing each time. Very fast to help diagnose a treatment and super fast to get the prescription to my pharmacy. I love Dr B! Wasn’t able to get into the Dr, for my UTI and found them online. Filled out my questionnaire and paid my $15 fee and it was approved by a Dr within minutes. Had my medication filled at my local pharmacy within a couple hours. Will definitely use again.

Dr. B was very easy to use. The questions were straightforward, and it was really cool how simple it was to move from my computer to phone and back in order to take a couple pictures.
