Holvi is a very user-friendly…

Holvi is a very user-friendly application and platform. Transferring money, especially for international transactions, is incredibly easy. Additionally, our accountant is highly satisfied with the quality and clarity of Holvi's reports, which makes financial management much simpler for us

Good financial service

Everything works smooth so far.
The interface is convinient. Client support is also great. They always responce fast and assist .
FYI HOLVI only works with the payments from selected countries (SEPA + some extra).

I find Holvi to be incredibly

I find Holvi to be incredibly user-friendly and convenient for managing my business finances. The integrated invoicing and expense tracking features save me a lot of time, and the customer service is excellent. I’d confidently recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable financial platform.

Good customer service

Compared to any “traditional” bank I have experienced, Holvi’s customer service is faster, better and on spot. Whole service is easy to use and helps a lot to organize voluntary organizations’ transactions, web sales and accounts.

Really bad customer service, and service in general:)

Really bad customer service. I've been their customer for years and when had to reopen the account with new business id they denied to verify it. When I'm ALREADY their customer with the same business owned by the same person. No help no support, just basically saying - go f888ck yourself. Happy to close my account with them and use some better bank (thankfully there is plenty)

Great from the start

From the start, Holvi offered a functional banking solution and have added more useful features ever since. Their customer support is real (caring and helpful) and reasonably prompt. I don't say perfect but for the buck it is the best I've experienced. Has worked super for me in the past five years.

Holvi saved our business

We bought a restaurant last year. All the big banks in Finland: OP, Nordea especially refused to open a bank account for us to operate the restaurant. We don’t have any credit marking - me and my wife - no credit problems but Finnish banks refused to open an account for us. Holvi did and Fortunately, business is going so well. When we bought the restaurant, we had like 50 customers a day. Now we have like 80 customers per day. So if Holvi doesn’t exist in Finland, imagine how life would have been for smaller entrepreneurs struggling to survive. Thanks for Your operations.

16500€ lost due to Holvi

My German company was scammed by another holvi customer for 16500€. Even though I have reputable company and am long term customer of holvi, their support ignored multiple requests to prevent scammer from withdrawing money from their holvi account.

The scammer is imprisoned now in Germany but the money was already spent when police finally seized his accounts.

Holvi is complicit in thismloss of 16500€.

I cannot recommend them.

Holvi is a life saver for my business

Holvi is a life saver for my business, seriously. hands down finally some people made up their mind about what you might actually need. especially the possibility of giving others read-only access.

What I'm still heavily missing:
- Allow people with read-only-access to prepare payments which I can approve or reject in the UI any time or on my phone in realtime.
- The promised credit card
- A clear statement of whether transfers from/to crypto exchanges are allowed or not

Great bank

Great bank - contrary to some traditional banks, they make it easy to open an account. You have your app on your phone and always access to everything you need to know. You can even do your bookkeeping with them and send invoices (even though this needs a bit of improvement still). Customer service is available and "there" (I tried another Fintech company in the beginning where it took days to get a reply). So: I am happy here.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended, though the service prices are high for given services, but I prefer it over other banks for ease of use. I have Pro account and I find it easy to use. Several services can be added like LC operations like inbound& outbound, trade insurances but I think it's a long shot for them to go to such extend.

Hideout for criminals

This bank is working together and giving a hide away to criminals. Wich send fake invoices to customers around europe. See picture . And they arent repsonding or willing to do anything . I hope german police will soon control this bank and their customers.
Cattradinggmbh is washing money and fake company wich is using a same vat number from a liqiour store. I advice all new customers or anyone who reads this not to work with this bank

Great online banking for freelancers!

Its very easy to use and keeps every detail of your invoices and bookeepings. Especially for me I'm very bad with calculations this service is perfect! I recommend Holvi to any freelancer or small business owner. Also the customer service is very quick they respond within 1 min!

Holvi is my savior in my Business.Some…

Holvi is my savior in my Business.Some banks in Finland they rejected my applications in opening a Business Account.Thank you also to my Accountant who introduce me Holvi in a minute i have already my business account..I can check all the income /and expenses in my company very easy to use whenever i go around.It was convenient to use.No hassle in one place no switching application..Thank you again..Keep up the good work Holvi Team..

I have had a great customer support so…

I have had a great customer support so far and a fast response time. The service is great. Would love to have some more extra features added to the system like a PayPal or Stripe Integration. Something that would make the transactions happen much faster. That would be incredible.

Holvi is so far the only bank that has…

Holvi is so far the only bank that has not disappointed me, let's hope they keep it at that. They really made up their minds what you need as a business, not going to get into all the details here, but it really saves me lots of bureaucracy and keeps accounting costs low.

The only things missing:
- Allow others to make transfers which I can/have to give permission for, so that invoices can be paid by employees, for example
- The credit card was announced years(?) ago ?
- The acceptance of crypto money is unclear, that's why I'm not touching any of it with this account.

Amazing service

Amazing service. Is a great way to keep the business numbers in place and get economic structure. As a freelancer this is an invaluable tool. Also very easy and fast support in English. Even if they don't have a call line, the chat and email work very very efficiently.
