Impossible customer service, it's really hard to get to talk to anyone then they just shut down the discuss, where is the open chat at? I've know an 88 year old lady who could explain simple customer service to them.

Everything about them is shit, constant network problems, impossible to play with all the hackers... I get muted in 30 sec but played against 12 hackers in 4 games...just sad honestly, no upgrades in the 7years I've been playing

Hacker Central
Never seen so many hackers on a server. Obvious as f anti fall, kill aurora and reach yet most have payed ranks and don't get banned for it when reported, funny that... Wouldn't bother playing on here unless you enjoy being f*cked by hackers most games. I suggest Hypixel gets some new workers who don't discriminate against players reporting hackers with ranks

Legit the LEAST trust worthy server/company i've ever used.
Genuinly WORST support i've ever encountered, If you plan on ever getting serious and devoting time into a game. Do not ever pick this poor server up.
I devoted thousands of hours into the game, just to have their poor server protection loose my first account.
Then i lost close to the same amount, without the support being avaible to tell me what the hell happend to it.
I can't recommend playing on this server, or investing neither money or time.

I am not gonna pay for a server that barely even allows me to play. Europe servers are f[]ckIng garbage and its impossible to even join skyblock most of the time. Today I wasted an HOUR trying to claim an new years cake and couldnt do it because hypixel decided to keep warping me to limbo. Its not because of my wifi because I tried of 3 different networks. They tell you to buy ranks yeah no thanks. Do not spend money on Hypixel until they fix their servers.

Dude I'm tired of playing bedwars and still getting ghost blocks. And that hypixel is the only game that crashes my hole pc any other server I join its fine but hypxiel it crashes everything and I understand that its a massive server but when I'm playing skyblock I'm on my own island and I still get Alt + F4. Also duels I get into evey game with hackers

Totally a piece of garabge, working like a pile of mess, cannot even understand. Cheaters are everywhere and the admin just skipping these trash and pretending to be blind. Lagbacks are every corner, even in front of these moderators toy eyes and they just being lazy and lying there watching people getting lag back and laughing. Making the maximum of people up to 200.000 when cannot even tolerable a 70k people? What a fk idiot server. Just buying ranks and will never getting banned or lag because Hypixel loves money. Making tons of watchdogs just to create a new vocab in Hypixel dictionary called "lag" . Terrible server!

Worst minecraft server ever.

They're destroying the minecraft community by taking all the players and stealing their games.

Laggy server too because they're too greedy and refuse to get europeans and asians servers.

Not fun and broken.

Fix your bedwars, balance it having invisible people and fireball is not funny

And also they're muting for no reason

The amount of scammers that are present in skyblock is unbelievable. the game itself is unbelievably long, not difficult just long you get one shot by a mob then grind a couple of hours and then it is easy as can be but the amount of experience that can be received by the different mob levels have almost no difference. then just when you settle in for a bit you get scammed when you are just trying to be nice and helpful

I paid for a rank on the server, but then got banned after a few weeks because my account was "not secure". I didn't do anything wrong and my account wasn't hacked, but they decided to permanently ban me anyways. I've already submited a ban appeal, but they didn't respond yet.

trying to make a compromising report but ofc hypixel DOESNT CARE. The support is never helping my friend go hacked and his whole account is gone but these admins dont even want to check the account for suspicious IP on that account. WORST admins ever.

Pure pleurtis server. F*6king waardeloze support die geen ene kl0ten doet met wat gezegd wordt. Als je er wat over zegt wordt je gemute want hoera de mute cultuur bestaat allang. Laggt kkr hard en doen net alsof dat aan de players ligt wat complete kkr onzin is. Laat de TPS dan maar zien. Ben benieuwd. /tps is blocked.

Absolutely terrible cancerous server. Support is absolutely worthless. They do not do anything against cheaters and the server laggs hard anytime. They are too scared to show the TPS. Greedy asf server that only cares about your wallet.

The server is laggier and has more latency than a dead chicken, hypixel support takes months to respond to requests or ignores them, and the staff don't do anything about the server's disaster (one of them was a p*** and got demoted ) It is a intolerable disaster. Games are fun, as long as you don't get killed by some without lag or get lagged back. (which if you are outside of the US happens every time)

Hypixel is an absolutely amazing server, there are so many great unique games and I've had a blast during my time there! Over my five years on Hypixel, I have noticed three severe issues:

The first issue is the terrible customer support. If you get a false ban/mute and you're not a Youtuber, Hypixel Admins do not care and will automatically deny you even if you are in the right. They also permanently ban due to "security" reasons or hacking years and years ago, which is unreasonable and/or stupid.

Another issue is cheating moderation, there is an abundance of cheaters in Duels, SkyWars and BedWars which often take multiple reports to get banned, anti-cheat needs to be improved drastically.

The last issue is that the server is ridiculously laggy. There needs to be regional servers in Oceania, Asia, Europe because its unplayable in some areas, reaching 200 ping and you are extremely disadvantaged against American players with less than 50 ping.

The server is great, despite all the players that got banned due to unknown reason, this server is the best in my experience, no scams yet if you don't try to interact too much with strangers, experienced 1 lag-spike ever (IDK about the rest, but I've heard that they expanded their server lately.) So currently i haven't encountered any questions with it. 10/10 would recommend as a time killer.

I’ve been playing this server for years now and it’s getting uglier. Game bugs like the problem in bedwars that it is impossible to see opponents just spawning in the base but especially the pay to win. ridiculous. when trying to ban someone for hacking who has the vip or mvp the request is totally avoided. unfortunately this is the only server now so despite an embarrassing quality we play the same. in theory people would like to play for fun but every day there is a different hacker, bugs and people with mvp who does what they want.

Awful server if you say anything that is remotely offensive, they will mute you for 7 days. If you say anything, even the word "r-tard" once after that, they will ban you for 30 days. Also the server runs poorly and isn't a fun experience. I advise you to not play this without friends or else it won't be fun. Also appealing your ban is useless because it is literally impossible to get unbanned I can say from experience. You get an automated message or just get denied without further explanation than "YoU BrokE Our RuLes!!!"

The Hypixel Network has some great gamemodes, but combined with horrible staff and lagspikes every couple minutes regardless of your ping, I have to give them 2 stars.
I honestly wonder why so many people prefer Hypixel over other servers. You can find most of their games on more stable servers with much better staff.
