Excellent service

I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years. The staff is always wonderful to work with. Eric is pleasant and knowledgeable. He has helped us find the right insurance for our needs every time. Furthermore, the staff calls and checks up on you throughout the year to determine your satisfaction with the insurance you chose. Highly recommend

Chris made the process pretty easy and…

Chris made the process pretty easy and got back to all my questions in a timely manner.
However, as a company, IBroker, it would be nice to have some sort of receipt or dashboard confirmation of your purchased policy in the interim while waiting for your insurance policy cards. It was not something offered up front. I had to ask for it. But I can say it was later provided. I would have given the company 5 stars if it was something provided upfront as part of the transaction.

I am glad that Chris was able to present you a form of confirmation for your marketplace enrollment the day after your application was submitted to provide peace of mind that all steps were completed to ensure coverage. Carriers generally take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 business days to process new enrollments and generate policy numbers within their systems. From there it can take 5-7 business days to receive physical copies in the mail. Each insurance carrier has their own timeline in providing policy information to agents and policyholders. Hopefully during our continued services with you, you will see our dedication and earn a 5 star rating from you in the future.

Dependable and efficient.…

My wife and I needed health insurance that provides specific coverage options for each of us and align with our finances and a wide set of providers.

Great Broker

I spent countless hours trying to find and understand medical insurance plans my husband and I would need after he retired at age 62. I am so thankful I finally found iHealthBrokers. I first spoke to Kimberly, who was very friendly and helpful. Eric was assigned to us and was able to find a medical plan within seconds that was very affordable and suited our needs. Eric Harris was absolutely great to deal with. He was pleasant and professional, answered all of my questions, was extremely patient with me, responded quickly to my emails and calls and was diligent in his follow up.

I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase insurance.
