Very poor service

Very poor service, mostly no information from customer service and technicians. Supposedly we should get our internet back yesterday around 2pm(Christmas eve), still no internet, and you can’t call them because they not working. We are left without internet for whole Christmas, cannot contact nobody, can’t watch nothing on tv or internet, can’t listen to music and no movies for kids. Very bad, probably this is why people are leaving them. Need to call comreg to sort it out.

AVOID this company

If 0 or minus was an option that would be my rating.
I had satellite broadband from imagine, I was offered Fibre from other companies, I rang imagine to change and they wanted to charge me a fee to get out but said they could offer fibre so I went ahead they took weeks and weeks to install didn't show up twice, two days I'd taken off work, eventually was installed and hasn't worked since it was installed, I've spend hours on the phone and they keep claiming they will call back but never call back, just spent another 25 mins on the phone and they said no manager working today so call tomorrow!!! And they are charging me 45 euro a month and it doesn't work. Worst company. Anyone thinking of imagine AVOID at all costs.

Shockingly poor WiFi.

If zero was an option that's what I would give imagine. Only used them because we are renting while we build and we had hoped to bring them to the next house to save cancelling contract etc. We'll that won't be happening. Avg speed of about 5mbs and poor signal from anything that's not next to the router. Upload about .5 - .9 mbs so if you work from home forget it. Customer service virtually non existent. I would choose anyone else other imagine for our next property.

100% for helpful efficient service

Got this fast speed router etc,had problem getting internet. Stephen was very helpful, patient and sorted out the problem. Not alone that but he sorted my landline as well. Great and efficient service and well done Stephen. Thank You.

I find it great doesn't skip a beat…

I find it great doesn't skip a beat doesn't freeze I can use my laptop phone nd my sons xbox and no problem at all id recommend it to anyone

Efficient Service

I have recently had my internet connected by Imagine. Communication with the company prior to installation was very good and installation itself was prompt and hassle free. I have speed of between 60 and 70, 60 at 8 o clock in the evening which is peak time. So far I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you Imagine!

I was with them for 5g broadband and…

I was with them for 5g broadband and had overall a good experience but their 1gb fibre is abysmal and their tech support is unresponsive to my attempts at contact to resolve the issue. My neighbours are on the same lines and are getting 1gb speeds so it can't be the lines themselves. I am strongly considering voiding my contract as they cannot provide even 50% of the speeds they promised.

Wonderful service!

The person I spoke with was very patient. She stepped through the possible causes of the problem I was experiencing with my broadband, and had me back up and running in around 5 minutes.

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would. No back up service just automated emails. When the service is down you have to use the portal, which you can’t because you don’t have internet service. The phone is just for sales, it is like that they want to get as many customers as possible so that they can sell their company off.

Imagine have the best customer service…

Imagine have the best customer service in Ireland bar none (not just internet service) Denis was polite, helpful, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I had the connection quality I needed and addressed other issues I had in a timely and professional manner. 5 Star. Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Terrible internet connection and even poorer customer service. Was on to them for an hour trying to solve an issue, answered the usual 21 questions which mostly consisted of “have you turned it on/off again� “plugged it in and out� 🥴 was getting no help from this person whatsoever when they decided to just end the conversation out of nowhere and left my issue unsolved. Useless.

Having experienced some problems with…Broadband

Having experienced some problems with my Broadband I contacted Imagine to see if they could help. I got through to a lovely Lady called Ammarin who went above and beyond her remit to sort out my problem. The fact that I’m as thick as several short planks when it comes to the dark arts of computer/Broadband issues didn’t cause her any problems and she sorted out my problem in a kind and professional manner. The excellent way that the Customer Care at Imagine handle their customers issues is the reason I’m happy to pay a little extra rather than taking up a cheaper offer for Fiber Broadband which was recently offered to me. Well done Imagine for having staff like Ammarin and also my thanks to her for her efforts on my behalf today. Don Wallace

I had imagine Hero package installed…

I had imagine Hero package installed last week. Installation took 30 minutes. Very neat and tidy work. Great speed runs my TV, laptop and phone perfectly. I have already recommended to 2 others. Very happy.
