Our experience eight years ago with In Residence purchasing tapware was superb in all aspects. Recently we required a replacement tap part and James made the entire process a breeze with sending the parts via overnight courier and providing clear instructions - it made for a simple job for this DIYer! In Residence have truly been a pleasure to work with! Helvier's emails with updates on our orders were a delight to receive...she is interested in our project and genuinely seems excited about the products we ordered. In Residence went above and beyond during the first lockdown, when they ordered our shipment from the UK without a deposit from us, just so they could get the shipment on the water before hitting delays. We contacted by on- line and checked out the options for Cabinet handles for our bespoke new Vanity. Once ordered we were kept in touch with the freighting arrangements and delivery time.

In Residence have handled our specialty tap requirements for a new kitchen, with particularly fine granite bench tops, in a rebuild. They’ve been most helpful in supplying options and service from overseas sources. We’ve also used them for a few hardware choices. Finally, their website has been especially easy to navigate, its being well thought through, despite the amount of information available.

I found In Residence to be extremely helpful and informative when it came to choosing my kitchen tapware. As we are not on mains pressure there were a few things to take into consideration. I went with the Perrin and Rowe Ionian 2 hole bench mounted mixer in satin brass that I love.

Extremely helpful. The towel rail that I wanted was not available, I was told the wait and that they had another size available, they sent through all the info with the email which was great as I could make an informed decision there and then.
I ended up buying the larger available one and we had it within a few days. Keep up the good work.
