Very easy site to use and simple instructions for adding medical conditions. Quick response for quote and would seem extremely competitive. My only complaint is that I had to look up a few things for required information and found it difficult to return to finish as it would seem to time out. However, I did find my way and all was well.

I was reminded that my insurance was due for renewal. This was very helpful. And I was told I world get 10% off as an existing customer. And thd renewal would be done automatically.

Had spoken to jennie Wells the advisor a couple of days before but was unable to complete,what she suggested was that she'd contact me in a couple of days..as I stressed I didn't want to repeat myself again
to another advisor... plus she was calm especially my cat was going mad so part of the call was interrupted, but she understood as she also had a cat ..i felt comfortable speaking to her. she took the time to explain in detail the policy wasn't pushy ..polite friendly person

The offer was verygood: a generous 45 days away at any one period, rather than the usual restrictive 31. No age problem, more than adequate medical insurance and sensible amounts of cover for other included items. This yearly policy was much better value than other quotes given for a 'one trip only' policy.

Ps. Before you pay ... Watch out for the pre-ticked box for auto renewal. I thought that was a bit sneaky.

I'm over 70 with some minor medical conditions ( all declared) and bought for my wife and I as a couple Annual Multi trip ("Black") which covers for trips up to 55 days long. Excellent 5 star Defaqto policy AND - this is the good bit - £312 cheaper than other well known brands. AND 20% off at the moment! I'm impressed.

I couldn't retrieve the original quote. I kept receiving E Mails with different quote numbers each time I tried to retrieve the quote! The screen froze. In the end I started afresh as if I had never previously asked for a quote. In all I spent around an hour - but at least I finally got the cover!!

The agent was so helpful. We as a family are going through a rough time with a family member having a terminal diagnosis. But with the help of insure and go we can plan and make memories on our holidays with the knowledge we are all secure and insured.
