I have purchased three robots
I have purchased three robots, two vacuum cleaners, and one mop. All three have required return for repairs or replacement. They are made cheaply and either doesn't work immediately out of the box, as was the case for the mop and the S9 vacuum, or break for no reason soon after, as was the situation for the other vacuum. But to make things better, they do not honor their guarantees. My S9 vacuum did one cleaning run, and then I had to make it do four map runs as it could not remember its location. During the second cleaning run, it began smelling like it was burning. It was four days after unboxing. iRobot wants me to pay for repairs and refuses to honor its 30-day return guarantee. Buy something else.
