Easy to use website, reminder was useful as I wasn`t sure when renewal weas due. Only disappointment is it doesn`t include covid cancellation.

Thank you for your review and your repeat business. The policy does cover you for cancellation if you contract the coronavirus before you travel, then you are covered for cancellation due to illness.

Policy has gone up over 10% for a time when many probably won't be travelling. Also I have a claim in since early June and it has not been dealt with yet so I wouldn't be too happy with that.

Thank you for your review and for your repeat business. We have not increased our rates over the last two years, however I do see that you have gone into a different age bracket resulting in an increased price for the policy. We have three different age bracket rates.
Regarding your Claim, I have contacted the Claims handlers and they have advised that due to the current Covid pandemic they are dealing with an unprecedented volume of claims resulting in delays, but they hope to be in contact with you very soon.

My wife and I purchased travel insurance from Just Cover.ie.
While on holidays I became ill, such that I needed a doctor. The doctor certified that I could not travel at the appointed date.
It is absolutely mind blowing that just cover does not cover cancellation/ curtailment for medical reasons.
