Tiles was nice at the first look but not after only 3-4 weeks.
First the tiles in the box have somekind of rasin glue on the gloss side but didn t think its a big deal even thought its not a cheap tile.
After instalation floor tile start to fade away on the edges under the bathroom carpet(ordinary normal bathroom carpet)
Get in touch with them and the aproche was that definitley was a wrong storage or instalation.They provide quality tile NOT,just choose a cheaper option and for sure you will not have any issue.
Be aware as they whatever will happen will assume its your fault.

Worst proces ever!
Wrong recommandation as to needed amount of tiles. As Kakelgiganten would like me to think was my own mistake, I actually called to get some advice as to right amount. Then I was recommended to place the order online in order to get a fast shipment.
Then delay in shipment eventhough specifically requested and promsised certain date due to renovation deadline. No compensation for that. Broken tiles when delivered and refuse to recieve leftovers due to some defect packaging which were caused by the rain after shipment refused to take them the first time.
All in all a lot of mistakes from Kakelgiganten and no willingness to provide a good service on the one ting I have asked for- return of leftovers which I only have due to misguided recommandation from Kakelgiganten.

Samples arrived next day
Samples arrived next day. We then ordered the tiles we needed and they arrived 3 working days later, exactly as described and pictured on the website. The tile selection is enormous and prices generally lower than other places.
