A+++ Customer Service!

Debated where to order our hot tub/spa from, and decided to go direct last minute. So far, I’ve placed the order and asked 3 (probably stupid) questions via chat. Customer service is TOP TIER. They don’t make me feel dumb, just answer the questions and provide additional info I didn’t even ask for. Super kind, informative, and quick. Will update if needed once delivered, but something tells me I won’t have to!

Love our new hot tub

Got our new LS hot tub about a month ago, and we are thrilled with our purchase. Everything works as advertised. I was really impressed with how quickly our tub was delivered, and the company's communication in keeping me informed. Perhaps it depends on the delivery personnel, but the ones we had unloaded and placed our hot tub for us. We did pay a little for that service, but it was far less than what some other movers were going to charge us.

Excellence

Website is super easy to navigate, my questions were answered quickly and professionally. All the instructions needed for pre-delivery and getting electrical and pad specs were available which was very helpful for this first time tub buyer. Delivery was super smooth. Set up was a little frustrating, but manageable. We have been in the tub every day for the last three weeks and it is wonderful! Very happy,

I received helpful guidance and…

I received helpful guidance and assistance from customer support when the last mile delivery of my tub inexplicably did not happen on two occasions. One call from Lifesmart to the delivery company and my tub magically showed up.

Aside, the tub was manufactured and arrived within the time window promised. Nice looking product, appears very well made and works very well. Looking forward to improved life quality thanks to Lifesmart :-)

Defective Product and they don't stand behind their warranty!!!!

Less than 15 months old and bowing out.

Manufacturer says it's sun exposure, melting the resin from the outside in. No where does it state it can't be located in the sun. They are refusing to warranty their product. Literally the white interior liner is slowly degrading and collapsing, but they don't consider that defective manufacturing.

0/10 Do NOT recommend.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your spa. We are not the warranty holder for the spa, as that comes from the manufacturer. Based on the listed name, I cannot find a record of your order; however, we may be able to help you communicate with the manufacturer.

It is one of the benefits of working with out team, as we will walk with you through the life of your spa to try to help provide the best experience we can. Unfortunately, we don't always have the desired response, but we will help where we can.

In this case, I have heard of this flexing of the spa material to bow out and have helped some people get a warranty replacement, but the manufacturer ultimately has to make that decision. It does not impact the integrity of the spa, but it can be undesirable, for sure.

Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery--(The 4 stars rating is only because the delivery process just gets it to the driveway and doesn't include setting the spa in place/unpacked)
We plopped it down in our heated sunroom, filled it, fed it some chemical and were able to use it the next day, (as it was beautifully snowing outside around us)
So far so good and meets out expectations after a month (we had one previously-- 7 years ago--that sadly got a leak early on...)

We just placed our order and are…

We just placed our order and are excited to receive. The selection, pricing, and check out process were extremely user friendly. My only complaint is that I had to add to our cart multiple times and resubmit throughout the information stage because it kept reloading the page. Other than that I'm very satisfied.

Great people provide great service

Service provide since the momentum of the purchase was great. People are always available to help with precision and fast response. My Hot Tube was delivered according to schedule. Product was installed with no issues and are running very well. All Family are enjoying a lot.

Great hot tub!

The whole process went exactly as advertised, after about 4 weeks of production the hot tub was shipped to us. The only difficulty with the plug and play hot tub we got was the cord length. There are very few options for which direction it can be placed because the cord isn’t very long, I’m sure this is a safety feature but since the manual indicates that the hot tub shouldn’t be close to the outlet it’s difficult to get it the proper distance and a nice rotation with the length of the cord. Luckily ours has worked out and we managed to get the hot tub in a good orientation.

Our spa is exactly as described and is such a nice addition to our home. Ordering and delivery was so easy and we received timely updates throughout the process. We only had to wait a few weeks and once it was hooked up and hot, we were in it enjoying the relaxing benefits!!

The spa is very nice, customer service even better

The spa is very nice and has met or exceeded our expectations. The 5 stars is for after sale customer service. We had a couple hiccups related to shipping but being able to quickly talk to someone on the phone and their follow up resolved all issues. Would definitely purchase again.

It’s now two weeks past the initial…

It’s now two weeks past the initial estimated time and I’ve received no update regarding the status of my hot tub. I contacted Lifesmart outlet this past week asking for details and am still waiting for a reply. Very little communication from this retailer. Beginning to wonder if I should have purchased through Homedepot or other vendor.

I am sorry for any delay you have experienced. I see your spa is at the local freight station. At this point, you should have received your order confirmation, an email reminding you of the lead time, an email with the tracking information, and you will receive a call from the Local Station to schedule your delivery appointment.

Additionally, we sent the shipping update the Monday following your Friday inquiry.

If you have any issues, we will do our best to walk them through to a solution. Unfortunately, we don't have tracking information until the manufacturer provides it to us. If you are missing any of those items, please let me know...I will follow up with an email to verify you have all of the information you need!

This was such a wonderful experience…

This was such a wonderful experience and we haven't even had a hot tub delivered yet! We ordered one and then had a family issue and needed to cancel with plans to order at a future date. Tim was more than accommodating and hands on in making sure we got our refund and knew he was there when we were ready to make the purchase in the future!!

Bad delivery process

The delivery was nothing like agreed. The hot tub was delivered at my house in Vermont which is 5 hours away from where I live currently. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule a delivery appointment. What happened was two guys showed up in my driveway and dumped the hot tub in the driveway. They did not even come to the door of the house to see if anyone was home. I know this because I caught them on security camera. Also I just called about a question on the installation of the hot tub two days ago. And no one has returned my call

The delivery was terrific

The delivery was terrific. One tiny flaw in the back panel, courteous staff. Told me what to do, and I received a panel, fantastic. And cheaper by $1000.00 dollars than the same spa at Sam's Club
