After filling out the online information, Lowest Rates called me 3 times the same afternoon - I hadn't even had time to digest the information. Calling 3 times is WAY TOO MUCH! Then, when I went to look at more information about the quote I received and tried to compare it to other quotes, I lost the original page and could not get back there. Overall it was a terrible experience :(

The response to my email query was very prompt. The Insurance Representative called me within few minutes after providing the required information online. I was referred to an Insurance Agent who was knowledgeable and prompt , but the process period was extremely unacceptable - 10 business days and still waiting.

The customer service was great but the online quotes were not accurate at all. I was quoted $260 but then when I called to speak to agent, it was actually $500.

Was shopping for an insurance quote for home insurance, the rate I was shown after following the prompts online was favourable which led me to contact a broker. The broker estimates (4) were over a thousand dollars more than the estimate given online. Very frustrating. I will add the broker I spoke with was friendly and professional.

Was quoted a very good price then factors that should not matter affected it also and time wasted. It’s better to go straight to the source (insurance company). I got better results!

This was a very simple process and at first I was a little sceptical, entering some personal information online with a new site. I trusted the process and I received a call back and spoke to somebody locally and it was just the best decision. I saved myself 2% interest going through this process. Very impressed with the platform and the service I got from the bank.

I surprised with the fast response time as soon as a quote was completed online. However, quotes provided are higher than what I am paying and not able to switch my home and auto insurance at this time.

I called the company that gave me a quote and they went against their word and wouldn’t cover collision despite that being part of the quote. Mind you not because of anything I did, within the first 2 min of the call they mentioned it so they were aware they lied on this website. I won’t use this website again because it seems like they don’t vet the insurance vendors or have real quotes.

I like that the agent explained everything clearly. But what I didn’t like that a couple of things were not included in the package. I had to keep adding important additional details to the insurance plan Therefore the price continue to increase.
