Best company

Ive been using my Flex tool for about 2 years now and in those 2 years ive never had an issue with it. In fact, ive had other shops bring their issues to us and we've been able to recover every single problem so far via Magics tech support. Are they expensive?? A little on the higher side but is it worth it?? Yes, definitely. I have never had problems with their pricing on their equipment considering its all top tier stuff. Will always recommend their tools and i dont think ill ever move away from my Flex tool. I was using a Kessv2 and V3 prior and i havent used them at all since getting my Flex.

My problem with the device was solved…

My problem with the device was solved very quickly after the checks. However, I will have some recommendations. It would be good if you follow your user page on Facebook. When there is a problem, people say its not surprised, they are Flex (lol). Flex has changed a lot since it was first released, but sometimes, many of the old protocols are broken after major updates. I recommend that you take these into consideration. It is a widely used device in our country in terms of price and performance. We love Flex :) It would be great if you can also find a solution for Fiat Linea MJ8-MJ6. After writing, the vehicle does not work or connect. When I connected to a Tata MJ8, communication with the ECU was died. It would be great if we could solve these. I almost forgot. Ford sid208-209. After writing the vehicle it doesn't work, you need to write EPROM and those who don't know this are probably the victims

Good but BIG lack of VR

The technical support is great and responsive but provides original files that are not always... (as elsewhere you will tell me but that does not excuse you).

This is filled with a HUGE lack of VR file!!! Unbearable!!!

Apart from that, MMS is highly recommended!

I haven't updated my device for about 2…

I haven't updated my device for about 2 years, the reason for this is that while other companies are doing update campaigns, Flex is silent. It's too late to renew now because even if I do, I'm 1 year behind :)

If you wish to renew your subscription, which includes real-time support for 14 hours a day and a limited lifetime warranty for the Flex product, you can contact us. Every product is evaluable, but there is a scale from 1 to 5 stars. We believe that 1 star should be reserved for truly poor products and services, and we don't recognize ourselves in this rating.

being a master of 9 slaves i dont think…

being a master of 9 slaves i dont think i get the deserved attention or acess to what your tools offer or the slaves .

No logging option available, unless paid for .

i have various tools for logging however being a customer with so many slaves that should be available at no extra cost as for the slaves that would be a big must.

many other tools offer this at no extra cost

Helpdesk team is always wery service minded and helpfull

Today i hade problem with a locked Subaru Denso NG ECU.

Helpdesk team answered me fast after i open a ticket on my case. They find a solution and gave me acsess to special boot protocol and give me good instruction how to connect on board to recover the ecu. Saved my day and gave my happy customer. Thanks alot!!

The tool is great and the support is…

The tool is great and the support is great too. I would like to see more trucks, Motorbikes and older cars protocols. One thing is, according to my Master, that Slave could ask for a Ori file directly without asking the Master (when needed), may be would be correct only to inform Him/Her.
Overall great and reliable tool and support.

GOOD as a tool!

GOOD as a tool!

but v2 app is really caos .. hard to find car/ model's need to look a loot.

bench mode takes a bit more time than other tools
one cable need to connect to ecu and in the bench tool..

otherwise SUPPORT is best ever.

with other words its good, application must be re-arranged for a easy find cars brands etc..

I renewed my subscription after a 3…

I renewed my subscription after a 3 year delay due to covid. They were very cooperative and understanding. The renewal took just few hours.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
