Working with Garrett Kiger, Dr. Steven Campbell, and the Marek Health team has been nothing short of amazing. Aside from addressing a few specific health issues that had been an area of concern for many, many years, working with Marek has resulted in dramatic improvements in nearly every aspect of my overall physical and mental wellbeing. Having worked with a handful of other healthcare providers in the past without any noticeable results, I cannot recommend Marek enough.

I’ve been with Marek Health for 2 ½ years. Jamie MacFarlane has been stellar with giving me personalized guidance and evidence-based optimization through tailored recommendations based on lab results and individualized goals. As a health coach, his guided treatment plans have helped with muscle growth, fat loss, mental clarity, and general well-being. I turned 50 this year, and I’m feeling just as good as I did in my mid 20’s. As a physical therapist, it speaks volumes to look the part and motivate my patients. My experience has been pretty incredible with Marek Health. The overall knowledge and willingness to understand my needs has been something I’m truthfully not used to with only having a primary doctor. My health coach Alex Jacoby has been my biggest advocate during this whole process. He addresses my concerns and elicits all information regarding diet; exercise, and supplements that will benefit my overall health. I appreciate the feedback and sharing of statistics; he takes the time to respond timely to my concerns and understand what my health goals are. Alex does an excellent job of evoking the core values of Marek Health and I am very grateful for what he has already helped me accomplish in just a few months.

Everyone makes you feel comfortable to talk about your concerns and desired outcomes for your health. You also get continued guidance and accountability through your health coach as you all collaborate on what you’re doing and how your health is improving. I worked with Ashlyn Carroll at Marek and can't recommend her more. I found Marek via online reviews because I was getting desperate dealing with hormonal imbalances that my PCP and other doctors I saw couldn't help. I wasn't even sure Marek treated women but figured it was worth a shot. I got paired with Ashlyn and right from our first meeting I felt relief that finally I was being taken seriously. She listened to all my concerns and within a few hours sent me a comprehensive plan with lifestyle changes, supplements, and prescription medications. The treatment plan was very effective. I felt significantly better after a few weeks. The price for everything was also extremely reasonable.

I've been working with Garrett Query for 8 months now and he has helped me a lot. I've struggled with lethargy, fatigue and gut problems for 20 years and in 8 months Garrett has put me on the right track to living a normal healthy life. Marek has literally changed my life!!! My wonderful coach Rebecca Braden is like an angel to me. I am blessed that we were matched together. She has made this process seamless and not overwhelming. My husband started with Marek and Rebecca first. His results were a game changer for his health and wellbeing. I decided I needed to jump on board and get serious about my health. We both are already active people but needed to tweak some lifestyle habits. We have a young child and want to be the healthiest versions of ourselves.
Rebecca Braden listens so carefully and makes you feel like a priority. This was the first time I was able to be honest about some of my habits that weren’t so great. She feels like a good friend and all walls can be down when talking to her. Most importantly she cares so much about women’s health. She has my hormones in check in ways my own doctor wasn’t able to help. Most doctors want to attribute symptoms to getting older and put you on medications that are not good for you and don’t fix the root problem. I feel the best I have ever felt at 43 years old. My mood, clarity, energy and over all wellbeing is amazing. I am in the best shape I have been in since my 20’s.

I have been working with Carey Doody and Marek and have had such an amazing experience. About two years ago when I had my first child I completely felt different. I knew it wasn’t “normal” to feel the way I have been feeling and knew I had to make a change. I came across Marek and have been working with Carey since May. I have had such a great experience and wish I found Marek sooner. I’m finally getting back to how I used to be and feel so much better. My husband and I have worked with Marek Health for a few years now. I struggle with several autoimmune and thyroid diseases but am big into fitness and don't want to be sidelined by this. Normal doctors just don't have time or would not run enough tests to really help me. I love working with Rebecca who is also very knowledgeable. I am already feeling better on the new autoimmune and thyroid protocol and have way better energy to be able to lift weights, work out, clean the house, and work without brain fog. What a game changer it has been working with Sawyer at Marek! I have been active for over two decades but he helped me find the right things to supplement my journey and break through plateaus which has been exciting and so rewarding, especially in my 40s (doing things I couldn’t do even in my 20s).
