They're scammers. They offer a one-time service for 0.50 cents. All information about 19.95 euros for subsequent tariffs is hidden. Even though they reply through the mail that all the information is available. They're charging you money without your knowledge!
It's all temporary!

So this site operates on a scam where you have to register just using your email address and you have to pay a fee of 0.50€. The site states that you will get your login information via email but they just send you an empty email. If you choose to recover your password, you'll also just get an empty email. So if you log out by any chance or you discover you've been paying the fee of 39.95€ for a couple of months it is highly likely that you won't be able to access your profile because a password has never been set. Cancel your subscription in case you are still logged in by going to the My Account tab, then go to payments and at the bottom of the page you'll see an option for cancellation. If you struggle to navigate the site because it's in Spanish then click the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser and find the translate option. If you don't have access to your account then contact your credit card company and cancel your credit card straight away.

I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription and can not cancel.Modify App is a total scam. They are not an app that you will find on your iPhone or imac so you cannot log in to cancel. As you have no account, you cannot log in to cancel your subscription. May have to cancel credit card now. Keep away from them they are a scam similar to glowtutor.

Warning: Modify.app is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

Modify.app is a deceptive, borderline fraudulent service that tricks users into unwanted subscriptions. I only intended to pay €0.50 for a simple file conversion, but 24 hours later, they charged me €39.95 without my consent!

There was no clear notification about an automatic subscription, and after the charge, I couldn't even find a proper way to cancel it. Their support email is useless, and they make it intentionally difficult to contact them.

If you’ve been scammed like me, immediately contact your bank and request a chargeback! I had to cancel my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

This company is using predatory tactics to steal from unsuspecting users. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! Report them and warn others before more people fall victim to their shady business model.

This website is an absolute con. NEVER KEY IN YOUR CREDIT CARD details here. It charges a small fee for the first trial and it will continue to charge you without your consent. Read all the other reviews from all the other victims here.

I've been scammed as many others, by this scam service. I've paid for converting few files and automatically been charged on the next day for a monthly subscription, I've never subscribed for. AVOID!!! SCAM!!!

Scam! Paid 50 cent's for one file conversion and they charged 40 euro. The customer service is also a scam. Trying to get my password reset is also a challenge as they keep sending a blank email.

I was also scammed. You won't have a login associated with the account, and password recovery is a blank email sent to junk. Luckily, so far, it's only been $25. I am reporting to my bank as soon as possible. They suck. Not only that, but some of the files wouldn't download.

Long time to wait for the money back, they sent them to store account when I asked to sent to my original account, they charged me again another £5.99 to send to my account,they took £10 off from the prize what I paid, The quality is very poor and the prize is to expencive for that what you get! don't buy anything from Modify!

They have charged me 14 euros after 1 day of trial.
I had agreed to pay 0.5 euro to convert some files.
Nowhere during the whole payment experience there was written that that payment was for a "trial" and that I would be charged 14 euros after 1 day. I had to find it out once I saw the charge. I went and looked back. there is written in small characters "24-hour test", but no mention that you will be charged 14 euros after that!!
This is an awful practice to steal money from unaware and uninformed customers.

I made a purchase for 69.14 when the products came and I wanted to return them in a timely manner. Using their return label they supplied. I only received 45.97 refund of 45.97 No explanation of what happened to my 23.15 to me this is robbery. Do not buy anything from this company. It’s a scam. The clothes were very poor quality.

I just found that regular payments have been taken out from my bank account for this app that I had never heard of and don't have installed on my phone, so no idea how or why this got started. I had to google MNI Modify to find out what the hell it is. Im not sure how they've got my bank details - I'm guessing that I might have been conned into paying for something I wanted to do once several months ago and they have been charging my card every month even though I don't have an app installed am not using wjatever their service is meant to be, and did not subscribe to anything. the amount of ts I have been charged range from 51p (which I imagine was all I had expected to pay) to £12.50 for the most recent payment taken today.
