I hired Molly Maid to do a move out…

I hired Molly Maid to do a move out cleaning. My house was COMPLETELY EMPTY. New carpets were being installed the next day, and I instructed them that they didn't have to vacuum the carpets. There was no furniture in my house to move. Please tell me why I was called twice at work and asked for 30 more minutes each time. I still had working cameras mind you. After claiming they needed more time to finish my EMPTY house, I assumed they were being truthful. When I finally get off work and go check the house, I could do nothing but laugh because I didn't want to cry. They must've spent the day relaxing because I had to have friends come help me clean and I have pictures to show how dirty my house was left. Not a single window, baseboard or dirt spot cleaned. The same soda spill that was left in my fridge is still there (intentionally by myself). I won't even get into the ridiculous amount I was charged for them to do nothing, and I demand accountability. These people did absolutely nothing and I still had to clean my house.

Molly Maid Belleville - not worth it

I was told that the cleaning would include windows, baseboards, spot clean of walls, vacuum of couches, floor wash, etc. They left early before I got home to do a walk through and I found that none of the couches had been vacuumed underneath and none of beds had been vacuumed underneath. There was hair and dust balls under all of our furniture. They also hadn’t removed the couch cushions to vacuum underneath, which they said they would do on the phone when I booked a “deep clean”. Nothing looked like it had been moved. There was also dust on picture frames on our walls and not a single wall was spot cleaned like they claimed they would do. I could have done a better job myself alone than these two people did in 3 hours. They basically just did a quick dust, vacuumed the floor they could see, and left everything else. When I told them about the issues they discounted me $20 on an almost $500 bill. Find a different service.

Molly Maid services (Glasgow)

Molly Maid services in Glasgow are terrific! A. & L. (to protect their identities), who usually come to our 2-bedroom flat, provide their own equipment, are reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and make use of good communication skills in completing their work in an excellent manner. For nearly a year, we have been exceptionally satisfied with Molly Maid and pleased to do business with the company.

Terrible Customer Service

Andy has no customer skills what so all. Asked them for a quote for mid Jan 2025, he only replied sorry booked till mid January but did not even offer any available dates.
I will make sure if any one ask me in the area or FB looking for a cleaning company NOT to mention Molly Maid at all.

I have been using Molly Maids for many years for a rental property I own in Phoenix. I thought I had a rapport with them as a customer.
The last service 13 weeks ago was OK and they sent someone back.
This time was horrible. Let the one star speak for it's self, they just lost a customer

I recently hired Molly Maid for a cleaning of my condo before my wedding, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team and company! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. They didn’t only come in to clean my home, but they also did their best to help bring down my pre-wedding stress (as we all know it gets extremely busy).

They were incredibly professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail I didn't even know needed attention. Not only that, but the company answered all my questions, were thoughtful and most of all, were friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

We will certainly be hiring them again in the near future! Molly Maid for the win!

I called Molly's maid service to clean…

I called Molly's maid service to clean an uncle's apartment when he was sick and in the hospital. It is a Small one-bedroom apartment, and they charged $248 for two ladies and two hours of work.
For my home, it was only our first floor. Granted, its a bigger home but only has four rooms. She sent three women to squeeze more cleans in and charged me $372 for the two hours. Are these people delusional with their pricing? Wow, Ive never paid this kind of pricing in my entire life. It's so expensive and not worth the money.

Very ignorant owner

This company all though may be nice to clients they are really rude to the staff that work for them. Not only are they rude but the penwr tanya is not professional at all blaming things on different people she is never in office i worked there for 5 months and never meet the boss/owner.

Most horrible service

Most horrible service, wish i read the reviews! Booked them for a move in clean up but to my shock they did not clean anything despite leaving the list which the ladies conveniently ignored. When asked about the greasy stains left in kitchen cabinets they said they did not carry the solution, i cleaned them myself with all purpose cleaner. That means these guys did not even carry a basic cleaning liquid for a move in cleaning. I was utterly disappointed. I paid them 450 bucks for 3.5 hours and i wonder what did they do for those 3.5 hours. Never recommending them to anyone again. Horrible horirible!!!!

I used Anthonia from Edgware whose girls were amazing .I have been a landlord for over 30 yrs and used many check out cleaning companies ,never has my flat been cleaned so thoroughly, they didn't miss a thing, and the flat was transformed and looked like new after heavy wear from tenants.
In my view you won't find better cleaning company .

Do not use Molly Maid unless you want…

Do not use Molly Maid unless you want to pay more than they estimate.

I had ordered a move-in cleaning for my new house, which was completely empty, with no furniture or boxes. The house was in decent condition and broom clean when they arrived.

The cleaners were pleasant, and the parts they completed were fine—more of a good wipedown than a thorough scrub, but not what I'd consider heavy-duty cleaning. That is not why I gave 1 star.

However, dealing with the main office was frustrating. The initial estimate ranged from $426 to $568, a 33% price variation. I expected to be charged at the higher end, which is typical in business. After a few hours on-site, I received a call stating they couldn’t finish without additional charges for more hours. For an empty house and a job that wasn’t a deep clean, this felt unreasonable. If it had been a truly deep scrub, an extra hour would have been understandable, but that was not the case. I declined the extra charges and ended up finishing the cleaning myself. It seemed unfair to pay more due to slow pacing or inaccurate estimating, and I made that clear.

Expensive poor cleaning

I hired Molly Maids primarily to clean my baseboards and under items, the kitchen island and dining buffet. I repeated this again to the 3 cleaners that came. Only then clean other items. I trusted this was done but noticed when they left that they didn't clean any of the downstairs baseboards and the dust under the dining buffet was also untouched. They lost the clear dial on my scale that indicates weight, which makes it useless. Customer service said they may have thrown it away. Really! They didn't offer to replace it. This cost me $244 for the 1 hour 10 mins.

Extremely overpriced Poor cleaning…

Extremely overpriced Poor cleaning services. They charged me $190 …. I used them twice and on their second visit, they spent only an hour and 10 Minutes ! I Called the Main number I was told that my service required wasn’t written down and detailed enough! Somehow, I don’t think a person would need to detail the idea of vacuuming or shaking out a bathroom rug Or wiping my stove top with something else other than a paper towel! I Would definitely Not recommend This service! I canceled the service After the second visit , I honestly thought about putting stop payment on my check but decided that I would just cancel the service and leave it at that .

I booked Molly Maid for an Airbnb in…

I booked Molly Maid for an Airbnb in Tampa that I manage and had high expectations after hanging up the phone. I was very surprised at the poor quality of their cleaning. I then called upon a good friend of many years that lives in Tampa and always has a sparkling clean house. She recommended her cleaning people No more disappointments and I have used them for 5 months now. The funny thing is they don't advertise but I certainly see why they don't have to advertise as word of mouth is the best internet.

Hired Molly Maid to come and clean our office

Hired Molly Maid to come and clean our Ophthalmology office and they were nothing short of pleasant. The whole team was absolutely amazing and so super helpful with anything we needed. The office was left the cleanest it has ever been and the doctor was so so grateful of all the hard work that went into it. I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking for any type of cleaning services. Linda the owner is absolutely amazing!!

How disappointing

Although they arrived as agreed the standard of their cleaning service can only be described as very poor. Very little attention to detail and no obvious signs of inspection or perhaps supervision.
Windows smeared rather than cleaned. Cobwebs on light fixtures.
Having paid a not inconsiderable amount of money we would not recommend Molly Maid to anybody. Very disappointed and feel cheated. The service offered and described was not what was delivered.

Very happy with the way I am looked…

Very happy with the way I am looked after by Robyne and her teams (MM Horsham). I get the flexibility I need when booking dates and the teams do a good job every time. They are professional and non-intrusive, and they take care as they go through the house. I am always satisfied with the result. Definitely a good value investment.

Poor customer service

I was very satisfied with the cleaning the 2 ladies did for me from Molly Maid Peterborough despite the extreme high cost. However, I was charged nearly $50 more than quoted. I was told that the cleaners stayed over the hour which was not true. In fact, they were 20 minutes late. I have tried to get my money, the extra, which I foolishly paid, and I am now being ignored. Such poor and disrespectful customer service.

I just had the unfortunate experience…

I just had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Gina; in scheduling who openly complained about having to re-book my service AND told an untruth about giving me 3 weeks heads up notice.
Oh, I SAW the notice alright, the notice for a cleaning on the 1st of November! It has BARELY BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE MY LAST CLEANING, MIND YOU.
I do not need to give a reason for cancelling a service because I do not find it appropriate for Molly Maid to be privy to my personal life but now I know that If I have an emergency, I am going to have to hear a complaint about how (and i quote) , "We turn down jobs for customers that have those slots reserved especially at the holidays so I need to find something to book in your place now tomorrow". Is that the standard for Molly Maid? to mention that to paying consumers. Was it necessary?
I think NOT!
As someone who works in customer service, I am human and have my complaints, but I NEVER let a client know that I feel inconvenienced by their actions. I never complain to them about having to do my JOB. Remember what her job was? SCHEDULING. That includes RE-SCHEDULING as well. I haven't had ANY issues with my regular maids, and I would normally recommend Molly Maid as far as cleaning goes but if consumers who spend their last dime trying to keep their house nice and clean are treated like THIS? I would NO LONGER RECOMMEND MOLLY MAID.

Molly Ladies.

Usually 2 or 3 cleaners visit and I find them very thorough in what they do. Bathrooms and the kitchen are left in a manner that proves that hygiene and care has been applied. Fragile items of ceramics, porcelain are treated with the utmost consideration. The staff are always polite and courteous.
