I needed to add worldwide cover to the remaining 2 months of my Europe only policy but then wanted to revert back to Europe only upon renewal. I thought this might have been problematic but it was no bother and the lady I spoke to understood exactly what I needed and sorted it all out with no fuss.

I had 2 reasons for calling, one was about a potential claim and secondly, I wanted to alert multitrip that I had changed my email address because my renewal was coming up. The claim discussion went fine and agent transferred me to another dept. for changing email address. However, no one answered the phone and I was given the option to leave my number for a call-back. The call-back never came and I had to call again a few days later and this call went fine. So no call-back was the problem.

DO NOT use this company!! Another Deny, defend and dispose company. Initiated a lost luggage claim in July. After emailing the documentation received repeated requests for said documentation, which I did. They finally emailed to say no compensation owed due to "insert any excuse possible" despite me supplying nearly 4k of documented receipts. DO NOT use this company!!

not let know of reason for double Renewal Charge with e-mail reminder.
Had to bring it to your attention ref. phone call yesterday.
Discovered it was an age reason,coverage gone down to 31 days rather than the previous 60 days.
Password impossible to retrieve despite generating new Password
