Theives!!

Edit. I have since had my money and they are now faster with payouts. Constantly restricting my account though.


I won 28k. Withdrew 10k as this is the maximum you are allowed.
After a few days back and forth uploading documents I received my 10k.
I then Withdrew another 10k and then 8k on the same day. I had an email asking for a payslip, so when I tried to log into my account to do so, they blocked my account- access denied!! Absolutely disgusting. I have proof of all winnings and withdrawal requests, but no idea how to go about getting my money.
Shame, as I've found them to be okay in the past with much smaller wins, they take a few days to pay out, but I've always had my money until now.
Why email me asking for documents with a link to my account and block me from accessing it?
Because of this, I woukd recommend that you AVOID this casino.
Thieves.

Been waiting for a withdrawal since 4th鈥�/h2>

Been waiting for a withdrawal since 4th October , 拢1000. Did anyone actually get there withdrawal ? All i keep getting on live chat is a computer messaging back saying your get a email when your withdrawal is complete ? It鈥檚 been 2 weeks and can鈥檛 even speak to an advisor.

A newby worried, but... Read on

No issues with a 拢2k withdrawal (3 working day taken) all I can say is....make sure you're not currently excluded by Gamstop or if the exclusion has ended with Gamstop there's a possibility that this has not been lifted by the casino.

The key for Pending withdrawals (must go back onto the original method) to be successful is plenty of I.D to upload (they won't ask for this or remind you!). There communication is not great. All I uploaded was.i.e..
P/port. Payment card,p ayPal/bank statement associated to you deposits
Also a recent utility bill. That will do..

I was worried reading these poor reviews. But adding a bank statement with salary to the other docs that I previously uploaded. The money was in my account 30mins later this afternoon..

Avoid

Avoid ! Waited 5 days for my withdrawal , live chat was useless always the same answer that it鈥檚 with the payment team , account got disabled because I was asking what was going on with my withdrawal, I put a complaint in and finally had my funds but it was a fight to get them

Withdrawals take so long

Once verified withdrawal are supposed to be processed in 48 hours, mine took 7 days. Live chat is pointless, no help at all, just say you have to wait. Finally got my withdrawal once I had filled a complaint. Won't be depositing with them again.

If you only play one game every time you use their site and take out your winnings, they take the game away.
Also some people don鈥檛 want to play their wager games , they just enjoy the pokies, but Neptune and other sites don鈥檛 like this, one site refused to pay my winnings so I deleted the entire game and will never play there again, Neptune is coming close to the same thing.

Access Denied !!!!!

Made an account last night, deposited 拢25 and won 拢300 so I requested to withdraw this, deposited 拢50 last night and didn't win anything, have tried logging into my account to check my 拢300 withdrawal status and it says "access denied" I have even changed the password again and still says access denied.

Complete scammers.

I originally opened this account with 拢30.
Played a game I would play usually on other reputable sites and won 拢100. Withdrawing took daysssssss which I think is ridiculous for any kind of site to do.

Anyway, since I was waiting for my 拢100 - I鈥檝e then deposited around 拢500. Chasing, which is why I have deposit limits on the other sites I use, anyway. 拢500 in deposits and not a bonus. Be warned you will be constantly chasing your money, 拢10 monthly deposit set and I won鈥檛 be using again. Ridiculous site. Rigged.

I just want to say this site is absolutely fantastic and I don't see how people are calling it a scam. Ok the games might glitch a bit but that's when signal is bad when I'm outside just using wi fi. The withdrawal time is within an hour as long as you have binded with their terms and conditions and sent the right relevant documents. Excluding weekend and UK bank holidays. Avoid at all cost very poor quality, when trying to complain about various issues they closed my account without say with a free bet and funds in my account after numerous e mails they got back in 3 days saying we found nothing wrong! And won't give me my money back! Stay well clear, plenty off better site around.

They are a fraud of a site same columns and numbers on the roulette table constantly in 9/10 times in a row roulette is meant to be mixed. They glitch the table so can鈥檛 even see it. You talk to them on customer service all computerised and they don鈥檛 even listen to what you are saying. They haven鈥檛 offered me one promotion or offer since I have joined after staking thousands.
