I used G4 claims after a car hit into me. They made which should have been such a stressful situation turn into a stress free experience!! Everything was done for me and the communication from G4, the repair centre and the courtesy car company was amazing! I was always informed on everything that was happening and they worked around my schedule to make it easier for me. Honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. I couldn’t get over how easy this was for me aswell. Shoutout to Katie and Beth for everything they did. An amazing company with amazing staff!!

In November I had my first accident that wasn’t my fault and never really knew what to do, I contacted g4 claims and from the start I received the best service from my handler Lauren, they dealt with everything and made it all stress free for myself and had me a car out within a day and my car away to the garage to get fixed, I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

G4 Claims were extremely helpful after a recent “not at fault” car accident. I had never been involved in any accidents thankfully, but had no idea how to go about dealing with it. I was recommended by a friend to try G4. The team were excellent from start to finish, organising a local body repair company, helping with injury lawyer referral and keeping me fully updated on the progress of my claim. Lauren was extremely helpful and guided me through the process, nothing was any trouble for her. I would definitely recommend the team at G4, they took the stress out of what was an unfortunate accident, made sure everything was taken care of for me.

Excellent and very efficient service. Lauren handled my claim and was helpful and informative. She quickly arranged for a like for like hire car and for my car to be collected and taken to a garage. I had a no fault accident so I contacted G4 Claims, Nicole explained how everything worked, got me a like for like hire car and sorted my claim. Less than 3 weeks later I have a shiny new car.

Katie Houston dealt with my claim straight away - by getting my car booked in to get the damage examined the following day, sorting a hire car out for me, having my car fixed within 3 weeks of starting my claim and sorting my personal injury claim. Dealing with Katie has made the stress of a difficult situation easy. I really cant recommend Katie enough, through every step she was there to explain the process and give me updates on how things were progressing. Seriously this has got to be the best company I have ever had to deal with in a unfortunate situation through my car accident. Totally on the ball from day one 🙌 it's just day 3 and my car is already going to a repair centre, hire car coming tomorrow morning, claiming started on my injuries. G4 Claims delivered what they said they would with no hassle. Nicole Frame (our contact) was helpful and attentive. Sadly our car was written off but we obtained a good settlement from the third party’s insurers. The whole process took about six weeks but we had a more than adequate courtesy car for the duration. A happy ending to what could have been a difficult time.

The local garage that recovered my motorbike recommended using G4 as insurance companies typically take your bike away and write it off even if the damage is minimal.
I contacted G4 and they dealt directly with the 3rd party insurers, got the bike fixed at the garage I wanted and kept me informed of the progress throughout. They dealt with all the finances and recouping of the costs. Excellent service from Lauren and the team.

Alan from my local body shop Springhill recommended using G4 as not at fault claim for damage made to my car.
I contacted G4 and spoke to Lauren who arranged for the garage I selected to carry out the repairs and also arranged a rented vehicle for me to use while this was in for repair. They kept me informed of the progress throughout. They dealt with all the finances therefore I didn’t have to stress. Excellent service from Lauren and the team. thank you ☺️
