G4Claims are top of the league when it comes to customer care. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. Katie from G4 claims helped guide me through each stage of the claim. She listened to me and gave great advice that supported us. I had a courtesy car the next day which reduced the stress of having no car, due to it being written off. This was a hassle free process and prompt.
The accident happened so fast, I quickly got out the car removed my baby from the wrecked car and got to safety. People came out their homes and cars to help.
I was very lucky as one of the people who came to help was Katie from G4claims who'd happened to be passing by.
I was bewildered and didn't know what to do. This lady advise me what to do and stayed with me for support. She offered to help with my baby as we were both in shock but my baby clung to me. Once the third party and I had exchanged details.
K and her family, helped us empty our car of our belongings and took us home. I am forever grateful for the compassion and support this company has provided.
